Absolutely diabolical company. Never will we use them again. Waited for ages at Stansted Airport for our car to be collected and then charged £28 as we waited outside of the Terminal as instructed by the company. We brushed it off, however when we returned, we waited 3 hours at Stansted with several other families in the same situation. The police became involved, as there were other people, including an elderly lady and a lady with her small child as the situation became ridiculous. The company had no concern for anyone's welfare whatsoever and were even heard laughing down the phone to a distressed anxious call. When they did return some cars, they were leaving the cars in row I of the orange car park and texting people to say their cars were in row I with the keys on the front tyre and doing a runner. We had a 2 hour journey to then get home. I can not stress enough NEVER use this cowboy company. They trade under different names but use the same telephone number.
Big shout out to chap C who collected our car keys after locating where the cars were as someone had a tracker on their car. The cars were a 20 minute drive away at a farm! His wife A was amazing too.
Thank you to Essex Police and the Stansted staff present at the car park as well for supporting us all.

This was a terrible service. Although dropping off the car was a straight forward experience collecting it upon our return was the polar opposite. It took numerous phone calls to reach the representative who took our details and then informed us our car was on the way. We were expecting a 30 minute wait as advertised. After an hour, we called again and were informed the car was on it's way. This process was continued for three hours. Each time it was difficult to get through to speak to anyone and every time we were assured that our car was on it's way when it clearly was not. What we realised was that there were at least a dozen families having the same experience of being left high and dry. The worst case had been waiting for five hours. It became clear that two gentlemen were returning the cars and then running off to avoid customer anger. To be fair, this company is woefully understaffed and completely incapable of providing the service offered. There were numerous people in the same situation as us, several with young families. Avoid this company and use the park and ride instead for a comparable price and a dependable service.

Company acts as a broker for end service providers. The company that should have met me and collected my car did not show up. Endless calls were ignored. Many people equally angry waiting at airport. After an hour and a half I made other arrangements (also awful, just pay more and use the real airport parking). I spent 10 mins holding to them, only to get an answerphone. I will be pursuing a full refund. A waste of time and a lot of extra stress.

Do not use they were absolutely useless very unprofessional and very disrespectful, police were called because they had stolen an engagement ring out of another couples car that were waiting with us. There was well over 2hours delays to getting our car back even when they said it was only 30 minutes. They dint even bring the car to you and drop it at a different level of the car park without letting us know , we had to get them to come back to give us our car keys as they had them as they hadn't left the keys bye the car. This is the worse company iv ever had to deal with and will NOT be using them again!!!!!!!

Absolute Nightmare Service – Avoid "Airport Parking Deals" at All Costs!
If you value your time, your sanity, and your car, do not book with this company.Their customer service is non-existent, and they clearly have zero respect for their paying customers.

My experience with them at Stansted Airport was a disaster from start to finish:
The Drop-Off:In the morning, when you are on a tight schedule to catch a flight, they took an unacceptable 50 minutes just to show up and pick up my car. To make matters worse, they completely ignored my calls. It took me 35 attempts just to get someone to answer the phone. The stress before a flight was unbelievable.

The Return:You would think they’d try to make up for it on the return, but it was even worse. After landing late at night, exhausted and ready to get home, I called for my car. I was told it would be another 50-minute wait.

The "Customer Service" Joke: When I asked for a definitive ETA, they flat-out refused to give me one. Instead, they had the audacity to tell me to keep calling them back to check on the ETA. Why am I doing their job for them while standing out in the cold at midnight?
This company is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and deeply rude. They take your money and then leave you stranded, both when you're trying to catch a flight and when you're tired and trying to get home.
Save yourself the headache and book with a reputable company instead. Disgraceful service.

Awful parking experience. The wait time is over an hour both when collecting and retuning the car. The operators constantly lie and say the car is 10 minutes away. Avoid!!! The worst company I have used

If I could put a minus I would. Absolutely no help from customer service. Won't answer any questions that I ask. Additional car park fees were supposed to be £10, in fact were £13. Won't give me contact details of the provider. DO NOT USE!!

Impossible to contact and cancel a booking. We have emailed 10 - 12 times no reply. When trying to telephone the response is not our company wrong order number. When it is the no on our email and the right company. Why are they still trading. Nothing more than Conartists.

Booked through Airport Parking Deals (Super Parking Ltd) meet and greet service at Heathrow Terminal 5 on 9th May. After numerous calls 30 minutes before arrival, the mobile phone kept going to voicemail. Messages were left, but no one called back.

When we got to the airport parking area and waited around for 40 minutes, another company offered to park our car for £350, which we declined. We then had to quickly find alternative parking online and booked Purple Parking for 3 times less.

Luckily, we arrived early at the airport, so we still had enough time to drop the car off 15 minutes away and make our flight.
I think this company need to be reported for fraud to investigation and enforcement services!
Very stressful experience and completely unreliable service.

Terrible experience with Airport Parking Deals Meet & Greet at Stansted Airport.

Driver was 30 minutes late collecting my car on departure day, causing stress and nearly making me miss my flight.

On return, after clearing immigration, I waited outside in the cold for 1 hour 30 minutes for my car. I had to make multiple calls before anyone answered, and kept being told “10 minutes”, “3 minutes”, and “driver is on the way” — none of which was true.
You’re also will not be sure who you’re leaving your car with its random person with no paperwork - expect you to leave your keys

Very poor communication, unprofessional service, and completely unacceptable waiting times. Would not recommend.

Got to the airport there was nobody to pickup my car had to pay £350 to another company.

this company hires and advertises other companies with 0 oversight and hides under the guise of a comparison website, when they dont care at all about the cusotmer. if you complain about your service, which you will, they pass the buck and remove responsibility, when they openly suggest and promote companies that also have 1* or less on trustpilot.

I understand they’re don’t actually provide the parking service, but the companies they sell on behalf of our shocking, such as Safe Meet and Greet, who I unfortunately used via Parking Deals UK. Quick check of Safe Meet and Greet on Trustpilot would tell Parking Deals UK that they shouldn’t be using them.

There were hidden fees and also they picked up a parking ticket on my car while I was away. Plus it took ages for them to drop off my car.

Avoid.

Never book with this company. They make you take your car to an expensive car park and then charge an extra £13 for both drop-off and pick-up. It ends up being far more expensive than advertised.

The online booking looks cheap at first, but by the end you pay much more with hidden extra charges.

You’re better off booking with a normal meet-and-greet service instead.
AVOID AT ANY COST

Absolutely awful. Do not use. It is so unprofessional, they met me in the carpark and I did not feel safe leaving my car with them. Unfortunately I did no have time to change it. On my return I was told they will drop my car off to me in “about 40 minutes” I told him that wasn’t good enough. My flight was on time and I messaged before my flight left to try and avoid this very situation. There was no apology, no care. I felt completely powerless as they have my car and I have no idea when they will be dropping it off! Absolute joke.

AVOID AT ALL COST. Booked a meet and greet parking online, gaved me a good price which i was happy with. I realised this company was so dodgy as soon as the booking was confirmed. Received an email stating that i would have to pay an airport surcharge entering and exiting which was an additional charge. They lied to me as they said to give them a call 30 minute before i arrived which was a lie, they came 50 minute after, no appology whatsoever instead they were extremely rude. I had no other choice but to leave my vehicle with them as i was going to miss my flight if i didn't.
They told me again to give them a call 30 minutes after i go past passport control when arriving back in the UK which i did. I had to call them and again they told me they will be with me within 1 hour which is not what they stated on the email. Called them multiple time after that, they refused to pick up the phone, called them again and again eventually they answered the phone shouting saying that they have other customers they need to deal with and will be with me after. I gave them the detail regarding my departure and what time i was landing and yet they fail miserably. One star is actually high for this company, if i could give them a minus i would. I don't get how they're still operating as a company.Eventually arrived with my vehicle after over an hour - no apology- no explanation - just handed ticket and keys and walked off.just utter rudeness!AVOID AT ALL COST AS YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Horrible service, wouldn't touch again with barch pole. Stay away,aditional charges apply for entering&exiting airport short stay car park(£26). Been waiting more then half an hour for driver ,to collect my car from me.On return journey, the phone of costumer service were off ,after 15 minutes of calling, they told me to wait for another 40 minutes. Probably it will cost you another £20 in diesel because they are taking your car outside of airport, who knows where. Stay away 👎

I would advise anyone looking for car parking at an airport to avoid this company at all costs!

They are rude dismissive and find it acceptable to lie to customers.

I booked through this website and selected my chosen service provider. Before I flew I got a ln email saying that there had been an amendment. When I arrived at the airport I had a very rude guy from Kangaroo parking shouting at me that they didn’t have my booking. This is the company I was changed to by airport parking deals. It took 90mins for someone to collect my car resulting in me missing prepaid lounge passes.

When we arrived back even after emailing this company whilst away with updated flight details in my return it took 6 hours waiting in the terminal over 150 attempts to contact them on multiple numbers before the car was returned to me!

When I raised this concern and asked for an explanation as to why it took so long I got no response other than a lie that the company I selected and chose to park my car with ‘had gone out of business!’ However you can still book this option on the website.

Avoid this company at all costs it is not cheaper and will just cause unnecessary stress anxiety and costs for you if you do.

So after 4 months I got a response from them! Asking me to reply when you are unable to on here! seems right that a complaint about speed of response gets a response months later!

Definitely avoid these!
