I cannot recommend Alan Howard at Hackenthorpe enough. The staff are very welcoming and always go above and beyond to help the customers out. They have recently donated a number of hair care gift packs to my sons school to help raise funds for the school, this was a very kind and generous gesture. All the team at this branch are very knowledgeable in the hair products/ tools and equipment they retail, and can advise well, (I cant comment about the beauty knowledge as that's not my field), however im sure they are able to answer questions and/or offer advice in that area too.

Keep up the great work and welcoming atmosphere everyone at Alan Howard - Hackenthorp Team!!

Thanyou for an enjoyable experience.

Very helpful, friendly staff. Everything is easy to find and the shop is clean and tidy. My go to warehouse.

Alan Howard's Hackenthope. Excellent customer service excellent staff nothing is to much trouble very friendly and approachable would highly recommend thank you 😀

I bought some lithium battery clippers they date marked them very deeply on the surface of the handle of both clippers. Very raised, sharp. Totally defacing the clippers, l was never told where and exactly how they would be date marked. Very expensive clippers, defaced and uncomfatable to hold/ use
It's company policy, well Alan Howard it's the last time you'll be seeing me!!! Disgusted.
