Okay for the price but could be better.
Was fairly easy to setup but I wish there was more UI for the Factorio control panel instead of me having to edit config files. Map feature setup especially. Also it’s really laggy and slow at times and saving the game takes a long time.

Resposta da AleForge
Thanks for the review. We have a new panel in the works that will provide most if not all of the configuration via the UI and many more requested features later this year.
If you are having any lag issues with the game where Factorio game speed slows down please open a support ticket and we can take a look. The Factorio saves speed depends on several items such as world size. We should be getting new locations up and running soon we can migrate you to as this hardware will have better performance.
Thanks for using our service.
Excellent service. Highly recommend.
Excellent service.
They know what they are doing, communicate clearly on reasonable time scales, deliver what they promise and go out of their way to give you a good experience. I've hosted with several different companies before. I prefer AleForge for the technical and customer service excellence.

When we weren't pushing the limits of the game itself, the server ran like a dream, even when we updated to new, experimental verisons of the server. Setup and updating to new server versions was easy and led to a relaxing, stress-free co-op experience in-game. A quality service, I highly recommend it.

Easy to use and reliable option for hosting
I use aleforge for a small cheap feed the beast infinity evolved minecaft server I play on with a few friends. Although the only servers they provide right now are in the US, I still get a 141ms ping to their servers from the UK. The interface is friendly to people who are new to hosting, and the staff are always willing to help explain parts which are lacking documentation

Server works great. simple to use interface for people with little experience running a server.
Customer Support is responsive and makes sure that you are satisfied before closing a ticket.
I have a premium Minecraft package with Aleforge and definitely worth it for the added feature of getting help to set up my server.
