I have been buying my contact lenses from Alensa for several years now. The ordering process is easy, just upload your prescription and order. The lenses are exactly what is prescribed, at a far better price than from any optometry on the high street that I have tried.

Was a little dubious about buying from this company cause I’d always bought via boots and vision express.
Alensa were much cheaper, I thought the price warranted giving it a try.
I was amazed when my contact lenses arrived so quickly and exactly the same product I’d bought before: I half expected to get something dodgy turn up on the doorstep.
Definitely worth buying here..so much cheaper!

Very poor zero would be better. Lenses ordered over 3 weeks ago, which were supposed to be dispatched within 7 days. Tried email support got a generic AI response. (at least they were honest and put ‘made with an ai’ bottom of the email) that’s the only positive. Waited an extra week before phoning got through to extremely unhelpful customer service rep. Could only say ‘well maybe we will dispatch by Friday’ blamed everyone else under the sun took no responsibility or made any apologies being the order would be over a month late by this point. Asked if they would make accommodation and send them express once they are dispatched got the rudest response and a stone wall we don’t do that for the UK reply. Awful interaction with this company will never use them again. Let’s hope I get my lenses some point this year it’s not looking good.

It always takes ages for my lenses to get here. Nearly a week which is unacceptable

Had what I needed in stock for a good price. Delivery was on time with no drama.

Make an order for contact lenses. Paid for 1-2 day delivery. Get an email next day, saying no stock and have to out source which can take up to 7 days. No offer to cancel or even refund delivery charge. Had to quick order short supply of lenses elsewhere.

Great price and with super quick shipping it was the best.

If I could give a zero I would, worst customer service, refused to take ownership of the faulty items they have sent me. Lee is extremely rude and unhelpful. Will not be using them again.

Absolutely low rated customer service

I have been ordering lenses from Alensa for over a year.

I had a problem with my latest order and I telephoned customer services and they were so cold and did not offer to help. After many emails they offered a £5 credit on my Alensa account and that’s all.

Do not Oder from Alensa, pathetic customer service and they only interested in your money. If you have problems they will waste your time requesting explain this and explain that
