The seated walker I bought is perfect for my needs, at the best price I found. I was a bit concerned that because the price was lower than other retailers, the service might not be as good but I needn’t have been. Customer services kept me informed on delivery timing and the walker arrived with no issues.

I had a really positive experience with Aline Mobility while supporting a client with a grant purchase for a mobility scooter.

From the beginning, the communication and support from the team were excellent. Heather was responsive, helpful and transparent throughout the process, which made arranging the purchase much easier.

The scooter was delivered this morning, and my client was particularly impressed with Rob. She said he was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to assemble the scooter and demonstrate how to use it safely. He went through how to take it apart and operate it several times to make sure she felt comfortable and confident.

It was lovely to hear how at ease my client felt throughout the delivery. As a support worker, I really appreciate suppliers who treat the people we support with patience, kindness and respect.

Ordered a folding basket for a mobility scooter. Arrived promptly and is exactly what is needed

Their website pics shown the opposites direction of handrail.
If they don't improve more"victims" increase.
And they need you bare the postage even they mistake.

Sorry for their boss due to their poor marketing or operations.

Advised what to get, which has worked out just what I wanted/needed. Also helped out with another product and even asked around other companies they work with. I got to pick my own delivery time and the man even showed me how to use the scooter and helped me get it parked up in the garage. Would highly recommend

What a fantastic company to deal with. I just purchased my second scooter with Aline Mobility. I appreciate the service you get from all the staff, they are polite, very knowledgeable and nothing is too much trouble.
You know when you purchased a scooter from them that it has a professional check over by trained staff, new batteries fitted giving you good piece of mind every time you go out on your scooter. The young man who delivers your scooter from Aline Mobility is always polite and knowledgeable he shows you all the workings of your new scooter then watches you as you take it for a short spin, then asks again if your happy and if you need anything adjusted like the seat or the Tiller fantastic service.
But it’s not just when you purchased the scooter the great service carries on throughout the warranty time and beyond.
From my years of dealing with Aline Mobility, I would not hesitate to highly recommend them. It’s reassuring and gives you great confidence knowing they will not let you down. Thank you all at Aline Mobility and especially Heather who always goes above and beyond to help you. 10/10

The sales lady helped me get the cover for my mobility scooter as they no longer stock the brand i first ordered they went out of their way so i could be able to purchasea simalar one that to me meant a great deal as not many people are so helpfull so thank you to the lady that helped sorry i dont remember your name

On Friday the 31st July 2026 I spoke to Amy at ALINE to enquire about purchasing a specific Mobility scooter for my dear wife , i was told that they would be able to order one on the Friday and it would be ready for collection on the following Wednesday. And on the Wednesday it was in the shop in Widnes ready to be picked up so first of all what great service that was , i was dealing with Amy throughout this and i have got to say what a very great pleasure it has been to speak to her she was so nice both on the phone and when we met on picking up the scooter, i have also got to mention the price we paid i saved and i am not jokeing 3 hundred pounds on what we had been quoted at other very well known firms so thank you all at ALINE i would 100% recommend you to anyone ,your service is 2nd to none

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but the team couldn't have been more helpful. They arranged an exchange without any hassle, recommended alternative products that were much more suitable for my needs, and even gave me a discount.
