I have been looking for a Mobility scooter for some time as my condition had deteriorated. Then i found Aline Mobility all I can say is I’m glad that I did. From start to finish of buying two scooters was a joy.I bought 2 one for road use and a portable one for the back of the car for when we travel.The service was excellent all the way through I would recommend these people anytime.

My order was dispatched quickly and was as described

Order placed online on Friday for a pair of walking sticks (physio provided a mismatched pair as that's all they had at the time). I called in advance to see if next day delivery was possible and was told no 2-4 working days. Fine, order placed, only to receive an email advising they had no stock and the manufacturer was also out of stock. Surely for this type of equipment it's important to keep inventories up to date. I do not recommend if you need to guarantee delivery of an item.

I ordered a blue badge wallet and what it was delivered to me 20 mins later now that is quick ok maybe their premises are not far from me but I well appreciated it

Item arrived quickly and was as we were expecting

We needed a temporary stair lift while our main lift was being upgraded, and Aline were excellent to deal with from start to finish. They were professional, easy to communicate with, and kept us updated every step of the way.

The installation went smoothly, the stair lift was straightforward for our residents to use, and the removal was just as seamless, with no repairs or redecorating needed afterwards.

We work with a lot of contractors across different areas of the building, and it’s genuinely rare to come across a company that’s this reliable and stress-free to work with.

As a charity, cost is always important to us, so we also really appreciated that the price was very reasonable. We’ve already recommended Aline to the lift company we used and will happily continue recommending them to others who may need their services, whether communal buildings like ours, or individual homes.
