A crappy surprise 1 month later
Had I known I would be receiving a $20 fedex invoice a month after receiving my order, I would not have ordered. This really should be stated somewhere clearly on the product page or at checkout. This extra bill makes the product absolutely not worth it

We’re very sorry for the frustration this caused. Unfortunately, the import duties and tariffs charged on international orders are imposed by the U.S. government, not by Alligator of Sweden or FedEx. These fees are collected by the government when goods enter the country, and we unfortunately have no control over them.
On our homepage, we include the following information:
“United States and Canadian authorities may impose import duties and taxes on orders arriving from abroad. Our shipping term is Incoterm® DAP (Delivered at Place), which does not include customs clearance, local taxes, or import duties.”

The amount is paid directly to the U.S. government when the goods enter the country, and we unfortunately have no influence over these costs.

Duty makes buying parts expensive
Shipping was free, but I had to pay a duty on the parts I ordered. Once I added the duty onto the cost of the parts, it was cheaper to buy a whole new product

Great service, great product
My order arrived quicker than estimated. Despite being well packaged one of the plastic containers was broken. I emailed the company and the replacement piece was shipped to me right away. The choppers (3 PC set) seem to be good quality and I love the small screen that lifts the debris from the small spaces, making cleaning them a breeze.
