Cars are a bit older, but perfect working order and sparkling clean. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them again.

Was good compared to the ripoff car hire firms in Malaga. The reason they did not get 5 stars was the chap that was supposed to meet us on exit at Arrivals told us to go out of the door and to the right---did not say it was all the way down to the Shuttle buses for Car hire, so some confusion. Also the return is also confusing as he did not explain the Exits well.:
From the AP7 Take the signs saying Airport BUT do NOT exit for the airport. Instead take the next exit, where it says Guladamar
( just near the LEYROY MERLIN), then it is quite easy.
Otherwise make sure you take the INCLUSIVE deal ( as they also do the normal deal) then as long as you return with same amount of petrol, there is no hassle and you dont have to worry as the rest is covered.

This was exactly as car hire supposed to be. It was first time I wasn’t asked to pay a penny extra and all was covered by their insurance except wrong fuel and driving beyond Andalusia. Yes, you are driven away from airport but it is still better then walking miles with your luggage to find rental car on huge car park. May be their cars are not the newest but all was working and nobody bothers about some minor scuffs or scratches. Perfect for me and will use them anytime I will be in Malaga airport.

My second time with this company and still best experience in Spanish car hire I have ever had in over 30 years. No hassle, no deposit and all inclusive insurance. No smooth salesman to try force you to buy extras - mainly because there aren't any, it's all in the one time payment. Try that in the US!
5 Mins mini bus ride and your are there, and away in about 10 mins. Excellent travel advice and a free paper map, and very friendly staff. You also have the option of a cash payment for a discount.

The cars are often not spanking new, with a few scuffs and marks but heck I did 800 miles in a week without a problem even using some very rough country roads.
Just leave the tank as full as you find it on collection.

It simply couldn't be any easier.

À Malaga avec 1/4 et remis avec 1/4 d'essence.Pour ma part, du 2 au 10 sept 2019. J'ai loué une petite Nissan micra 77000 km pour 135 euro comptant tout inclus plus une empreinte de carte de crédit ou 145 sur carte de crédit ;ailleurs c'était 300. Au niveau esthétique, ce n'était pas parfait. La voiture a bien fonctionné. Et avec ce que j'ai économisé, je me suis payé des stationnements au centre des grandes villes que j'ai visité. Attention !! Il ne faut pas sortir de l'Andalousie ou rouler sur une route non pavée. Au risque de voir l'assurance devenir caduque. Le centre des villes anciennes sont pouvues de rue très étroite ET BONNE CHANCE POUR TROUVER UN STATIONNEMENT GRATUIT.de plus les voitures avec une carrosserie parfaite sont très rares. Les espagnols se stationnent aux sons dans les centres villes Bon voyage...

Have rented with them two times (in 2017 and 2018) in Malaga. Best experience so far. No hidden fees, no scam. Friendly staff. Recommend!

on return at 3.30 am dropped car off and was returned to airport

I used AllinCarHire twice now, both in Malaga. I am very careful when hiring cars cause of all the scams everywhere. Last year I took the risk hiring a car here, because it had the all inclusive price. With other rental companies you have to buy extra services/insurances or pay a huge amount upfront as a deposit. Here it was one price, everything included, no surprises. I made pictures of the scratches on the car just to be sure like everyone else should do. But with this company it is not necessary. Very relaxed people, helpful, one is speaking dutch which makes it easier for me. And when returning the car there is no problem. Quickly they arrange a transfer to the airport and done. No surprises. The only thing is that you have a transfer of 5 minutes but that's all worth it. Next time it will eb allincarehire.com for me again.

Though friendly enough, the vehicle provided was far from my expectations, some issues I observed were a safety hazard, see below.

As well as these issues, I was very disappointed and surprised at the all round condition and age of the vehicle hired to me for 279 EUR for the week. Although presented in a clean condition, the vehicle was very old and very tired. I estimate around 8 years old, and the instrument pack on the car indicated that it had completed at least 130000Km in its' lifetime. This was not at all consistent with the images presented on their website and promotional literature or my reasonable expectations.

I gave the company the chance to respond and resolve this poor experience, but was just 'fobbed off'. Oh, and I didn't even mention the scuffle between rep and a group of customers at the airport pickup.

Issues with vehicle hired...

On hand-over of the vehicle, I immediately identified a damaged rear tyre - a cut in the side wall of the tyre that would not meet UK vehicle safety standards (MOT), and I expect Spanish regulations too. With some initial reluctance, and around 30 minutes delay, the staff changed the rear tyres, however the vehicle should not have been presented in this condition.

During hire, further issues were identified, some of which presented a similar safety risk:-
* The front tyres were significantly under-inflated,
* The fuel filler cap was found to be missing when I re-fuelled the vehicle around 3 days into the hire period... And no, it wasn't a capless fuel filler - the cap was missing!
This presents a significant safety risk in the of an accident, and could also cause an accident by allowing fuel to spill onto the road and rear tyre.
* The drivers side rear view mirror was cracked
* The vehicle was missing the rear reflectors in the bumper... both of these issues would also be a legislative concerns for road safety.
* The rear door interior casing on the left hand side of the car was also partially detached, and hanging away from the door.
* There was also loose trim at the base of the windscreen.

Kan klart anbefales, hvis man skal leje bil i Malaga. Ingen bekymringer om skader på bilen man ikke lige har opdaget ved afhentning, og ingen selvrisiko. Man bliver hentet i lufthavnen og kørt tilbage igen ved lejeperiodens slutning. Super service og ingen problemer

Я брал автомобиль с автоматической коробкой (авео) с 08.07.2017 по 22.07.2017. с полным пакетом, (AllIn Tariff). Бронирование осуществлял за 2 недели до поездки. Перед заказом через службу online поддержки задал интересующий меня вопрос (они не берут франшизу и не блокируют на твоей карте ни цента) и сделал заказ. Практически сразу получил подтверждение о получении заказа и через 30 минут получил подтверждение о бронирования и персональные условия на аренду автомобиля (у меня оказалось на 8 евро дешевле при оплате наличными, чем через банковскую карту, хотя на всех других брендовых арендах оплата только через кредитную карту). В ответ на подтверждение аренды меня попросили отправить персональные данные для ускорения оформления договора аренды при получении (домашний адрес и адрес отеля, в котором мы будем останавливаться). На этом электронное общение закончилось. По прибытии в аэропорт нас ждал представитель компании с табличкой с моим именем, не смотря на то, что наш самолет задержался на 30 минут и были проблемы с получением багажа. Нас с вещами погрузили в микроавтобус и привезли в офис (макс. 5 минут).угости ли бесплатно холодной водой, подписали договор, попросили номер банковской карты на случай возможных штрафов (у нас их не было и денег на карте не блокировали) и выдали ключи. Вместе с представителем компании мы подошли и осмотрели автомобиль и все. Это заняло 10-15 минут, учитывая мое не совсем хорошее знание английского языка (по-русски они вообще не говорят). Машину выдали с ¾ бака бензина и просили вернуть с таким же количеством. Оговорили, что надо быть очень внимательным и наливать только 95 бензин и ни в коем случае не дизель (очевидно были такие прецеденты). Вернуть автомобиль надо было не позднее времени окончания аренды туда же. По окончании отпуска мы приехали, припарковали автомобиль и отдали ключи, представитель компании даже не посмотрел на него, проверил какую-то свою бумагу и сказал «ок». Наши вещи погрузили в микроавтобус и отвезли в аэропорт.

Rigtig fin service, alt klappede og der var ingen skjulte gebyrer. Vi ringede under lejemålet og fik udskudt afleveringstidspunktet fra kl. 16 til kl. 22. De checkede, at bilen ikke var lejet ud. Det var den ikke, så vi fik lov - og endda uden at betale ekstra!
Super service!

Ingen skjulte gebyrer alt er inkluderet også ekstra chauffør, pickup fungerede fint, vi fik en upgrade, en ældre bil, men den kørte super godt. Og det gør ikke noget at bilen har lidt skrammer når man parkerer i områder hvor det er tydeligt at folk ikke har for vane at passe på deres bil. God og venlig betjening. Kan stærkt anbefales.

Al contratarlo pensé que me cobrarían algo más por gastos adicionales pero me cobraron exactamente lo que ponía en la web.
Además, el trato fue excelente, fueron muy amables. Y no tuve ningún problema con el coche.

Cuando he alquilado con otras empresas, siempre he tenido que pagar mucho mas aparte del precio que ofertaban, como seguro adicional, segundo conductor, incluso por darme el tanque lleno de combustible. Con All In Car Hire el precio que me daba la web era el que realmente pagaba, con el seguro a todo riesgo, sin pagar franquicia, en efectivo, el segundo conductor me lo ofrecian tambien gratis y me trataron muy bien y el servicio muy rapido sin esperas. Me recogieron en el aeropuerto con unos minibus que tienen, en 3 minutos ya estaba en la oficina donde tenian mi contrato preparado para solo tener que pagar y firmar y ya me tenian el coche limpio y preparado. Todo muy rapido y muy amables.

Precios fijos sin sorpresas, coches en buen estado,no había cola y en 10 minutos teníamos el coche,gente amable,lo recomiendo👍

Man finder ikke bedre service, de står og venter på en i lufthavnen. Så bliver man kørt hen til hvor bilen skal afhentes i vores tilfælde ca 10min fra lufthavnen... Man udfylder de nødvendige papir også er det ellers bare afsted, vi betalte 160 euro for en uge, det er med forsikring, ekstra kører, barnesæde. Når rejsen så er forbi afleverer man bilen på adressen også kører de en tilbage til indgangen ved lufthavnen.

Det bliver bare ikke nemmere, kan varmt anbefales
