Electric gate opener
I got the electric gate opener and a very reasonable amount of time. They gave me an opener for the gate. And when my Handyman got here, he was able to put it together very very quickly.

Nothing but problems from this company
All Security sent me a bad WiFi transmitter… I paid the shipping but now they want me to pay to send the bad one back… this is my fourth order thru the company, 3 of the 4 orders have had issues causing delays, one missing parts, one sent to the wrong address (company mix up) and now a bad part and I have to pay shipping… they sure aren’t worried about the customer.

Great hinges

Good communication but confusion in getting refund
Company advised us over the phone to purchase a capacitor, but mother board ended up being the problem. Attempting to return the capacitor has been difficult and had to pay $21 for shipping to return. Support has been helpful and responds quickly though there has been confusion about the return. Waiting on refund but hoping it won't be long.
