Good communication but confusion in getting refund
Company advised us over the phone to purchase a capacitor, but mother board ended up being the problem. Attempting to return the capacitor has been difficult and had to pay $21 for shipping to return. Support has been helpful and responds quickly though there has been confusion about the return. Waiting on refund but hoping it won't be long.

this happened to my shipment on AUG 24, your shipping team said it was delivered with no proof of delivery and told me the matter was concluded , your fraudulent charges will recovered from Capital One so literally thanks for nothing and wasting our time
