This review is in regards to my disability hearing. I was represented by Brandon Kortgard. Brandon did an excellent job keeping on top of my case and keeping me informed on what I needed to do to be ready for my hearing. As a result, I was able to achieve a favorable result. Thanks.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for Allsup. Before finding them, I tried another company and received absolutely no results. I was drained, discouraged, and honestly beginning to believe my VA claim would never be resolved. I researched and searched, but every path felt like a dead end—until Allsup became my lifeline.

Your company had my hopes up high. filed all your paper work out and went through your services and waited for weeks and paper work to come back. And weeks later I get phone call from you company which it took five min on your call saying that you can, t help me

The complete process for my very complex case was long but due to the nature of my conditions it was to be expected.

Nobody checked my eligibility to be in the Ticket to Work program. Social Security stopped my checks in July because NOBODY checked my eligibility. I'm out of psych meds and have been since July. You ruined my life. Ryan Welter never provided any services. I'm screwed now. Can’t pay rent, bills, or get my meds. Thanks for nothing

They helped me on 2 va disability denials and got me approved. I was kept informed of all aspects and what to expect. Everybody that I spoke to answered all my questions. I even had one employee go above and beyond what my expectations were on some paperwork, she made my experience with this issue so easy and I felt she poured her heart into my issues. I would definitely recommend using this company and would use allsup again if need be. These people are great, knowledgeable and care about you and their services they provide. GREAT JOB, ALLSUP. I've paid in social security for almost 40 years and when I get down and can't work I can't get any help

This company is grate. Allsup is super awesome. They helped me and ensure that all documents were submitted on time and accurately. They represented me very well, taking care of business as I was going from ER to ER fighting not to die. Allsup made it easier. They provided the cover I needed to survive. While the war is still raging, I am greateful for how far they have helped me to get the benefits I am entitled for,

I'm still in disbelief. I've used Allsup for my deceased ex-husband (they helped win his award), patients, and now me for the horrible side effects I've suffered and am suffering from chemotherapy. Today, Brandon Kortgard, Senior Advocate, notified me that I was awarded a Fully Favorable decision. I don't know exactly how that shakes out, but I am so grateful to Brandon and the team at Allsup for getting me through the finish line.

Brandon Kortgard did an amazing job on my case. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was very knowledgeable about the details of my case, doctor notes, dates, etc. He always responded when I emailed him and was very helpful. I feel as though I got a favorable decision because of his help and dedication to the case.

Edit, changing to a 1 star as I never received a call or any communication as their reply stated I would. I have only requested 1 phone call since I began this process and was told my representative would call within 24 to 48 hours. When I didn't receive a call I emailed back and was told she was just really busy. I've never experienced such bad customer service.

I'm very confused on all these great reviews. I opened a case with them in April. I got an initial call from my representative. I have emailed questions without a straight answer so have asked multiple times for a call from my representative and no response at all. I email my updated doctor information with no response as to if they were received and forwarded. I have been underwhelmed with the communication and regret my choice to go with them.

This is not a good company to work with I call them and call them and call them they always say my team member is not available they have not called me to help me at all you can sign up with them easily very easy but that's about it I've been trying to call them for 2 weeks and I'm not getting a response back it's definitely a scam it should not be that hard to talk to somebody because it doesn't seem right that I can't get in touch with nobody
