I am working with Cassandra Weber and she is helping me out with filing my paperwork for SSDI. I really hurt myself in January and at the moment I am in a rehab center cuz I'm having trouble moving my legs. So Xassie called me and told me to concentrate on myself to get better and she and her team will do whatever it takes to help me out. That really made my wife feel good that we have a team like Allsup to be on our side. As for me, I'm just thankful that Cassie made my wife feel a lot more at ease with our situation cuz I do not want my wife stressing out. Would like to write an acknowledgement of appreciation on behalf of Allsup, LLC. Their representation and customer service skills was always professional, helpful and courteous whenever I spoke with them on behalf of my claim. They always expressed a very pleasant attitude towards helping the concern(s) of Veterans.

Theresa and her team were great! They made sure all the correct steps were taken, reviewed what was needed and assisted with the submission of my SSDI application. What was suppose to take anywhere from 6 to 8 months to process, took only a little over 3 months to do so. I can't thank them enough!

Allsup supported me every step of the way for the SSDI process. Kimberly Clark patiently answered my questions and kept me updated during this time. If she was unavailable for any reason another Allsup team member was able to step up and answer my questions. I can't stress enough how helpful Allsup was and so thankful received a decision in my favor on first try

My health had failed me and I became disabled. Richelle Wiley was assigned to my case. She guided me through each step of the process when I filed for social security disability. Richelle was kind, knowledgeable, and patient when helping me with my questions. She let me know exactly what information was needed. I felt a weight was lifted from my shoulders because she handled my needs. I’m thankful I had Allsup during the one of the most stressful times of my life.

Allsup has been nothing but exemplary in their prompt, professional, and even personal service helping us with my wife's past SSA disability benefits application. More recently, they provided us with the same timely and excellent help clarifying her qualification for SSA Medicare benefits.
