This service is extremely helpful. I was very confused about the process and eligibility requirements, but they broke it down into understandable pieces of information. While I was not eligible for benefits at this time, I am so grateful for calling in. Debbie was my representative. She is one of the most compassionate people I have ever encountered. She determined I was ineligible after about five minutes, but she stayed on the phone with me for a half hour. She encouraged me, gave me advice, and showed such an amazing amount of empathy. She told me details of her life, and inspired me to become as incredible as she is one day. Debbie possesses such impactful kindness. I have been in a really bad place lately with both my physical and mental health. Despite not mentioning my struggle at first, Debbie catered to exactly what I needed in that moment. While she might just be incredibly perceptive, I believe that’s just how she is. I think she cares about each and every person that calls as if they’re a dear friend. She has such a beautiful spirit, and I am so grateful for her kindness. All in all, the service is helpful. Make sure to ask for Debbie, she is a blessing. If this gets back to you Ms. Debbie, thank you for being who you are. You gave me the hope and kindness I needed to get through the day. You have my word this isn’t the last you’ll hear from me, I will work my ass off to call you with a degree someday.

She provided, numerous follow-calls for status on our filing. She provided great information on the Allsup LLC group.

Had a great experience with Allsup. Everything went smooth from the beginning. I didn't have to do much except provide the information, they took care of the rest, very thorough in gathering records etc. Always pleasantly answered or called me back when I had a question. My representative Brandon Kortgard was exceptional. I couldn't have asked for a better representative. He explained everything before my hearing, went over my issues, and took the time to listen and give me feedback, a true professional who worked hard to get me my approval for SSDI. This company is so great! They stay on top of it and communicate well and whenever I need it!!

They did not help in anyway sent me to another buisness that hung up after starting the conversation. I called this place three different times and each time they said the would return my call that day,they never did."THEY COULDNT HEAR ME I COILD BARELY HEAR THEM ITS A SCAM".they told me I don't have a case but if I gathered up all information from the doctors and my ss amount I've paid in over the years they might be able to look into it further.you shouldn't tell people that you take the burden off of th em and tell your story when that is the farthest from the truth.

I cannot express how easy Allsup made my experience. Dealing with the VA makes my stomach cramp and I put off a badly needed rate increase for years because of that. A friend recommended Allsup and they handled everything beautifully. Highly recommend!

Our representative, Debbie Hensler, was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient and listened and heard what was being said. She gave informative answers to our questions. She was extremely mindful of the Confidentiality aspect; we sincerely appreciated that. She made this hard process easy.

My experience with Saul as my representative has been amazing. She goes out of her way to help me with the disability process and truly cares. I highly recommend Allsup and who ever gets the pleasure to work with Saul will not be disappointed!
