I highly recommend this agency for the SSDI ticket to work program!! They have been monumentally helpful and informative in my journey back to work.

Horrible communication, no call on day agreed upon after emailing back and forth. I called in to see why and I only heard excuse after excuse from another person and she tried to turn it around on me. Trying to make it my fault saying it was confusing. Sent email on a previous Friday stating the next week I was available everyday EXCEPT Monday and Wednesday. Get a email back wanting to schedule Wed at 1pm. Sent another email stating I was NOT AVAILABLE Monday or Wednesday. Recieved another email apologizing for misreading and wanted to set up Friday at 11sm. I replied no worries that works for me. Waited NO CALL !! what's so confusing about that ??

Everything was explained clearly to me and I think it’s an awesome program for people on disability that want to try and get back on their feet. The staff was very helpful especially Taylor, she was awesome!

Sierra Lockwood was very helpful and knowledgeable with my resume and finding a job. I greatly appreciate her knowledge and professionalism.

Since signing up with and assigning my Ticket-To-Work with AllSup, I have gotten the leads, support, guidance, feedback and advice that have kept me going, as well as encouraged and forging ahead. I am confident that I can reach my return to gainful employment goals with AllSup on my side!

I’ve been enrolled in the Ticket-To-Work program since 2023. I was having a problem getting through to Social Security Administration. Their field office in my town mishandled my paperwork. I called AllsUp and I had the pleasure of speaking with Sherana Taylor who took the time to call SS office and explained what happened. She went above and beyond to ease my anxiety and assured me that she will work to get my benefits back and the program is designed to assist me and others with disabilities. Sherana was courteous, calm and professional. She let me know that she was there to help me and not to give up. Sherana was wonderful. And also her colleague Julian who has the patience of an angel. Thank you so much for all you do. .

I have worked most closely with Shelley LaCaze, for several years. She is fantastic. She always makes herself available for questions and assist my job search in any way she can. She scans job boards for the most useful leads she can provide me with, reviews new drafts of my resumes and gives me perceptive feedback on how to make them more focused and effective. She gives me great tips for preparing for interviews.

Shelley has made a major positive impact on my job search, not to mention she is always cheerful, upbeat and a pleasure to work with. I am very grateful to have the chance to work with her.

I have been dealing with Allsup for a couple of years. No matter who you talk to they are always kind, caring and knowledgeable. I would rate them a 10 and have told several people how great I think they are. Choosing Allsup was the best move I made.

Meagan Bickoff helped me tremendously. She always gets back to my emails, and has even called me. She has helped me understand the process and went out of her way to explain things to me. I am so grateful that by chance I got a hold of her one day. You are so very fortunate to have an employee like her and I and so lucky to be able to call her if I have a question about my case.

WHAT WENT WRONG? For starters they say you things that they can't fulfill. They try to blackmail you
into keeping the service. And and they are affiliated with
other companies that seem to be a SCAM. When I first signed with ALLSUCK they told me that they help find employment with leads . That didn't happen right away.Maybe a few month or so.
They'll just call and ask how your job searches. So I finally asked them about job leads. Then they emailed some list that just wasn't compatible. So I thought I'll just do my own things Once I realize they couldn't help with that , I asked about a debt relief program they mentioned to me doing the signing up. So this is where the SCAM companies come in at. The lady Kelly or something like that,
Gave, gave me that number. Like she's helping or in on the SCAM. She act like she didn't even give me the number to the company(CREDIT ASSOCIATES). Charging folks just 5%. But that 5% come out to be thousands,like 5k, but they're supposed to be helping.I told her I couldn't even reach them .Once i signed up, all my information. They email you with bogus phone numbers, so you cant call and Cancel. Where you can't reach them, so BEWARE!!!!
After all this, I just cancel my services withi ALLSUCK, i mean, allsup. They got so mad that they told me that I could no longer Come back to them, if i stop them from representing my case.
After I just cancel my services. There's something wrong with these people.
By the way, ALLSUCK, I mean, allsup ,there's other companies that do what your trying to do without the SCAMS.
