I think the company does well, I can't complain anyway. Keep them updated on your work progress and everything is fine.

Staff is very friendly. In less than a week, I got 4 different agents regarding the same question. Bi was given wrong info about how to calculate your monthly income and cause the wrong info, I went over and Now I have a hearing with S.S office and I may have to pay back a Month of benefits . Make sure u understand how it works

They didn't make much since , everyday it was a different question being the 5th time with same questions .no patience for that .

They help with anything I need. They always return my calls and emails in a timely manner. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Megan was fantastic. She walked me through my current status and into the future with the clearest explanation I have had since enrolling in the program. She offered a depth of understanding of the program and really clarified things for me.
I would love to have her as my rep every time I call. She really changed my perception of your company. I hope you have her training staff. Her wisdom and ability to communicate clearly and concisely should be the standard of practice. Thank you.

My experience with Allsup was made great by the professional and personal handling of my case by Sierra Lockwood. I have to admit that I was not always professional, many time upset and frustrated, but she patiently supported me in my efforts. I have to say the technology that Allsup has in place has made working with them a wonderful experience!

Miss Eva was so thorough and diligent in helping me with an SSI-D error that was reconciled in my favor before I had to pay my rent. I was really stressed out and she was just so helpful!

I have been unemployed since September of this year. Allsup hasn't been able to help me find a new job yet. I have been applying to several jobs on my own and some jobs that my case manager provides me with via email every so often. I am giving them three stars because their employees are professional and courteous over the phone. I've never had any problems speaking with anyone at Allsup. I just wish it was easier for them to find a permanent job for me.

Not much communication since initial set up
