I just changed to Alltel answering service and we are very happy with the service.
I needed some help to set it up but the customer service was really good. I hope it stays the same for the next 10 years ;).

Was so easy to obtain a 1300 number and have the service started. The team were very helpful and i was using it within minutes from signing up.

I tried to get my 1800 number connected with Telstra for over 3 months to no avail. The team at Alltel had it connected and diverted to my mobile in 3 days.
Smooth process and half the price of Telstra. Highly reccomend this company.
