The review I wish I had read. I'll be honest I didn't read any reviews on this company prior to making an order, and I regret it. So hopefully my review can help others.

I placed an order for several pre-order items with an estimated delivery date approximately four weeks later. Three months passed, and l hadn’t received the items nor any communication whatsoever.

I reached out to customer service numerous times seeking an update, but received no responses. Eventually I received a response that I would be refunded at my request. However, several more weeks have passed and I have not received it. At this point, I am now pursuing a chargeback through my bank.

After looking into the company further, I discovered numerous accounts on Reddit from customers describing similarly terrible experiences.

It has been 2 months since Allwear charged my credit card $144.63. I received no order, no updates about when to expect my order, and no response to my email sent to Customer Support (CS) on 10/03. In that email, I asked Allwear to either verify that my order would be shipped within 3-5 days or process a full refund to my credit card. No response from Allwear until after I messaged via Instagram on 10/08 saying that if I did not receive a response, I'd post my experience on social media along with a screenshot of their 'F' rating with the BBB. The same day, I followed up on Instagram meessaging with a screenshot of my initial pending Trust Pilot review. After that I an email from CS; it ignored my clear request for a refund to be issued that day; thanked me for my patience; attributed the delay to problems with their new logistics partner; and offered a $15 gift card in exchange for the opportunity to wait a (still-undefined) period of time for my order to be sent: "Or, do you want to pursue cancellation and refund?" I replied, "I would like a refund today." Their next response was ambiguous about whether the refund had been initiated, using the term "acknowledged" instead, "... refund request was acknowledged on 10/8. It takes 10-15 business days for the refund to appear in your account statement. You can expect the refund in your PayPal account within that timeline." 10/09 I replied and asked them to clarify by confirming or correcting my understanding of the current status: "Allwear initiated the refund of order #64470 on October 8, but the [sic] Paypal’s refund process takes 10-15 business days. My refund will be reflected on the Paypal app by Thursday, October 29, by which time Allwear will have had my money without sending product for 79 days." I will keep revising this post to reflect the current situation until it is resolved with a full refund.

This was my first time ordering from Allwear. I must say that I was skeptical about my purchase, but wow was I wrong!!! The process was easy and my shipment arrived on time. And the cotton socks I purchased, I’ll be back for more. So soft, warm and most importantly my feet don’t slide in them!!!❤️❤️❤️

I ordered a few pairs of the black ankle socks, and I love the fit, softness, and clean organic breathable fabric! The material is thicker than socks of other organic cotton brands and hold their shape much better after each laundering, also. They do not shrink or lose their color. I will order more in various colors.

DO NOT TRUST. As many have reported, they take your money even though the product isn't available, then never send it. I almost forgot i even ordered it which is what i am guessing they are banking on. Keep promising it will come but it has been over 5 months now and I don't have any hopes. Also still waiting on the refund but doubt that will come either.

The only great part of my experience is I do love the joggers that I purchased, especially since they come in tall sizes. It did take, however, 7 months to get them. Customer service only exists through email and you have to wait on them to reply. The products come out of China, so I am assuming that is why it takes so long to get the item. However, when you list pre-order and have it listed that you should get them in in 2-3 weeks…7 months is pretty unacceptable.

I ordered my joggers on March 14,2026 and they were delivered on September 26, 2026. I never got any emails updating me on expected ship dates nor that shipping was delayed. I truly believed I had been scammed by this company. I will say, I like the fit and feel. I do agree with other reviews. They have a funky smell out of the package. Looking forward to washing and wearing.

I have waited four months for my order and still haven’t received any of it. Customer service responses are terrible. Have emailed several times again and it takes forever to get a response if u even do.

AllWear has been withholding my money since February 2026! We have been going back and forth and they keep stringing me along telling me they will either send the item I ordered or give me a refund only to ghost me over and over and over when I repeatedly ask for either. Do NOT buy from this sham company unless you like "donating" your hard-earned $ for a product that may or may not ever arrive despite your best efforts.

I purchased the T-shirt, joggers, crew neck sweatshirt, and socks. It's difficult to find cotton socks and these are reasonably priced. I ordered an XS men's T-shirt since I like the cut of men's sleeves better - However I believe this company has a unisex fit for all of their clothing because the T-shirt was what I'd expect a woman's XS to be. The cut of both the T-shirt and the crew neck sweatshirt arms are lower and it feels awkward to lift my arms since the garment comes up with. I am 5' 7" and ordered the tall joggers since most pants expose my ankles and these are the perfect fit (I can even roll the waistband once). All of their items are thick material therefore warmer and I'd assume this makes them long-lasting. Overall I didn't appreciate the fit of the tops but would re-order the joggers and socks. Items are shipped in batches as they are ready and the tall joggers took the longest to arrive (~8 months). Returns are processed in a timely manner but I didn't want to use the store credit to re-order an item that would take so long to arrive again so I just re-ordered some socks and called it a day.

I placed an order on June 10th, 2026 and have yet to receive my order as of September 24, 2026. They took over 2 months to respond to my email. Horrible customer service. They offered me $10 off my next order when I haven’t even received my first order! They take your money at check out even if they don’t have the product in stock for months to come. Buyer beware.

1. It’s been months since I was charged and have not received my order.

2. Customer service is through email so you must wait several days for a response we and then communicate back and forth before resolving anything.

3. Returns are not credited back to the method in which you paid. You supposedly receive a gift card. I read a review where they never even received that!

4. They claim to be USA 🇺🇸 made; however, it takes so long to receive anything and the person who response has a Chinese name. Go figure.

5. I have ordered last year and did get 3 items that were good quality. I suppose that why I ordered again in May or June, was told I’d get the items the end of August. Did not receive an update; therefore, sent an email and was told maybe the end of September🤷🏻‍♀️

Not the kind of Customer Service I am use to.

Buyer BEWARE. Truly disappointing.
Purchased a set of underwear that was available for purchase but never gotten a shipping update etc for months. Emailed customer service and they said it was back ordered so I requested a cancellation and they said I’ll see my funds returned within 10-15 business days. Still been months and nothing. I don’t know how they’re operating a business and charging people / taking money without sending merchandise purchased or sending a refund ! I finally , after 5 months called my credit card for a dispute.
Horrible .

Ordered clothes in early July and still waiting for any updates. I have sent several emails asking for the status and when they believe it will be delivered but customer service is garbage. I was really excited about these clothes but do not charge my account without any idea of when they will be shipped. Terrible experience and do not recommend to anyone else, unless you want a headache.

Extremely disappointing experience with Allwear.

I ordered two pairs of organic cotton socks for over $60. After nearly six weeks, I still had not received my order. During that time I sent multiple emails asking for an update, several of which received no response. They finally responded to say it would be an additional 6 weeks for my order to arrive, so I requested a refund as a result.

After continuing to follow up, Allwear eventually told me they would issue a refund. I waited several more weeks, but the refund never appeared. I followed up again regarding the missing refund and still did not get the issue resolved.

At this point, more than two months after my original purchase, I have received neither the merchandise nor my money back and have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.

I was genuinely interested in this company because of its organic/natural-fiber products, but this experience has been unacceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Allwear.

I’ve been slowly but surely replacing my toxic wardrobe with clean, natural clothing. The quarter zip hoodie was perfect for my off days! It’s warm and the weight fairly heavy, but not too heavy. Quality is great! I have it in two different colors and they’re both beautiful and look exactly like the picture. Will most definitely be ordering other items from Allwear as I continue to expand my wardrobe!

I love Allwear's Tencel Lightweight short sleeve tee for the gym. Very durable and I love how non-toxic it is. At a good price point as well compared to competition. I've had the shirt for about a year now I think.

I ordered socks in June 2026 and as of September 2026 I have not received them. My initial inquiry garnered a response from the company but my second email asking where my socks are at was met by silence. I do not recommend this company whatsoever.

I love this brand! I have several items. I really love the quality and fit of the bras and their casual wear! The leggings do fall down a bit when working out, but work as everyday casual wear leggings just fine. I also really like their socks! I'm excited to try some more shirts and joggers.

My experience was great! I have several items and the quality is great!
