CHINA scam. Apparently I order something on April 10th and it JUST showed up on my door step July 9th, I have two charges on my CC from April and one product. I have disputed this with my CC company. Their website looks like its CA but its CHINA and if you want to return it, its shipping costs back to China.

I pre-ordered my socks, so I knew there would be a wait for them, and the wait was worth it! Really trying to get away from synthetic fibers and these socks, which are 95% organic cotton, are cushioned, high quality, and just as comfy as my old synthetic favorites. Appreciated the honesty from the company about the wait time and their email while I was waiting letting me know that I could cancel my order and get my money back at any time. Will order from AllWear again.

The clothing is great and prices are reasonable. The only thing is it can take forever to receive your order.

Product quality is great. Getting your order is an issue. They do list estimated ship dates on the website. There is no follow-up on your order if the estimated ship date changes. I have an order from April 2026 that is not shipped along with one from mid-May 2026 that isn't shipped. They need to do a better job with managing inventory and fulfilling orders.

This hoodie was very well constructed and heavy. Great quality. Unfortunately, it didn't sit well on my hips so I returned it.

I thought the shorts were awesome, although they didn't fit properly. I didn't want a store credit so I gave them to my daughter.

I really wanted to like this company, but unfortunately I have ordered twice and had problems with my order on both occasions. First order I was supposed to receive before Christmas (they were Christmas gifts) only one item arrived and I waited about 2 more month for restocking, did not hear any updates on the products and customer service took forever to reply to my emails. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and have still not received any updates on the status of my order. I sent them an email and have not received a reply. I ordered the second time because I thought the product was decent.

The Bamboo Bra is the best I’ve ever worn and totally worth the wait! I had to order two more. The fabric and fit are beyond compare!

I ordered joggers and socks and they’re both great! I just re-ordered more socks. Good quality!

I placed an order on 6/5/2026 for multiple bundles of socks. Nowhere on the site or on my order confirmation did it say that all of these items were not in stock. On 6/21/2026 I contacted customer support via email to ask what the status of my order was, two days later I received a response saying that the items were expected at their warehouse around July 15 and then it would take an additional 1-2 weeks to be processed/shipped. I asked for a refund, since none of this information was provided upfront before I placed the order. I was told on 6/23 that the refund needed to be approved and once it was, it would take 10- 15 business days to get the refund. As if today 6/30 the refund has not been approved and I am still waiting.

I would not order from this company unless you’re ok with waiting a long time for your order to ship.

Update: reached out to customer service again 3 days ago per AllWear’s response on this review and have not received a response. Also still no response from my previous message or refund from my order placed on June 5.

Originally ordered in April, wrong size. I placed a new order on 5/7/26 and was told it was backordered. Here I sit on 6/29/26, still don't have my order. Here's a thought: if you don't have it, don't sell it. I, too, like a previous customer, said I think they are a scam company. The BBB may need to be contacted.

And they blow up my email every day. I sure wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.

Quick shipping great product. So comfy and all organic.

(1 July update) - their support team reached out after they replied to his review and refunded my money.

They took my money for products that had delayed shipment. 2 months later I follow up and they tell me product still delayed. I ask for my money back. The cite a BS 10-15 working days to return money. It's been 15+ days and no sign of my money.

Update:
Someone has gotten back to me saying they'll process my refund which will take 10-15 business days. Grateful I'm being helped.

Pre-ordered some athletic pants and it was supposed to ship 4-5 weeks out. Well it's going on 17 weeks, still haven't received even after inquiring about my order. SCAM COMPANY is all I'm led to believe.

Really love the Bamboo Bra Top 2.0! I wore it for three days straight while camping and it was so comfortable! Would give Allwear a 5 star rating for the products and a 4 star rating for the shipping time. Very happy to have found this eco-conscious brand!

I love the product but I believe I’ve been shipped incorrect items.

This company makes the best clothing! So comfy. And its made of the best materials for your skin.

The product is great... but, I'm not here to talk about the product. Their customer service is ridiculous!!! The first order I placed, I never received a pair of leggings that I was charged for! They asked me to send documentation to provide my item was never shipped, which I did, and they never responded. I let that one go, even though I was robbed. Second instance, I had a gift card from a return and I placed another order in February 2026. I STILL don't have that order.
