Absolutely dreadful company.
Ordered an MA-1 jacket ($140) three weeks ago as a gift. The next day I learned that gift recipient already had a flight jacket. As soon as I received jacket I shipped back to Returns Dept as instructed….the jacket was never taken out of the plastic wrap.
When Alpha received the jacket they emailed me with some gobbledygook excuse that I did not have proper labeling on box and could not refund. As of today they still have the jacket and I have yet to receive credit on my card. I will contact TN attorney general and file a complaint. (I am a TN resident and live only 90 miles from Alpha).

Ordered jacket 11th November....still no jacket ....apparently there is a charge at customs which I was unaware when purchasing still unsure of cost of this.....have asked to cancel order but no response from customer service.....dont use this company

Have to pay customs charges - beware as they don’t let you know this when you purchase from their European (German) hq.

This company shouldn’t be allowed to trade the way they rip customers off, if you’re buying from the UK please save your time and energy. Customer service is N/A. They’re a nightmare to get hold of and disgusting service

Sometime in the last year and a half I purchase the N-3B Slim Fit Parka - Cold Weather Military Issue Parka from Alpha industries. Having grown up in Alaska, I’ve worn parkas my whole life and know that they have to be top quality in order to protect you from the weather. When the zipper broke, I reached out to the company, and assumed that the company would repair, replace or refund. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. When I reached out to the company, they called a broken zipper on a parka “normal wear and tear.“ I can guarantee you that the quality of this parka would not be acceptable in the military. I hate to write bad reviews, but I reached out to the company and they refused to help. I like to do business with companies that stand behind their products. I will never order from #AlphaIndustries again. Save your money and order from companies that have superior quality and stand behind their products.

ABSOLUTELY THE MOST ABYSMAL "CUSTOMER SERVICE", WITH A NEAR TOTAL LACK OF UNDERSTANDING OF THEIR OWN SLAs. THEY LITERALLY SENT ME THE WRONG F'ING ITEM, AND ARE SOMEHOW TRYING TO EVADE RESPONSIBLY? LIKE...WHAT PLANET ARE YOU A-HOLES LIVING ON? FILE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THEM WITH THE FTC, THE BBB, AND THE CPB - CONSUMER PROTECTION BEAURUE. YOU WILL GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND THE RETAILER LOSES ON ALL FRONTS. I HAVE DONE THIS, SEVERAL TIMES WITH FULL SUCCESS - BECAUSE THEY CANNOT SIMPLY DENY YOU AFTER THE TRANSACTION WAS TURNED INTO AN INCOMPETENT QUAGMIRE...BY THE OFFENDING RETAILER, THEMSELVES. STUNNING FEATS OF STUPIDITY HERE AT ALPHA INDUSTRIES. PROBABLY DRIVEN BY THEIR WEAK-MINDED WOKE LEFTIST IDEOLOGIES THAT ARE IRREVOCABLY ERODUNG SOCIETY INTO A FULL ON CIVIL WAR.

I ordered a Bomber jacket made a mistake by buying the women's fit, on the website they have a policy that's says can cancel within the hour. I tried cancelling within 5-10 minutes by email and voice message after realizing I bought the women's fit. I got an email saying sorry it's been processed and shipped at the facility already. I've bought 3 jackets have had no problems so far except now that I'm trying to cancel an order that I'm unwilling going to receive now. If you are buying, MAKE sure you choose the right item because seems like you can't cancel even though the website says within the hour of purchase.

I've purchased two Alpha Explorer Parkas from Alpha. These are really well made and super warm. I've had the sleeve lengths taken up professionally by two inchs or so (could be modelled using orangutans) but now they are perfect in fit and as I say, very warm indeed. In the middle of winter, one only needs a t-shirt underneath. (After walking some distance, I've sometimes had to take them off to cool down!) They dry-clean easily and the fur collars around the hoods can be taken off and also hand cleaned to retain their softness. Looking at the reviews for other items, there may well be some counter-feiting happening from Chinese makers, so make sure you're getting USA made kit. My parkas were expensive, but they'll last you all your life if you take care of them.

Crap experience. Bad sizing estimates by software, jacket fits small and is overpyfor what it is. Alpha's return policy is horrible. They would not post my not so positive review on their site. Kinda shady.

Legendary jacket company. There is experience with the Sierra Primaloft Parkf model. Qualitatively made, comfortable and reliable, not for extreme cold and at a discount a good purchase

Trying to work with ALPHA INDUSTRIES Inc. online CUSTOMER SUPPORT to resolve one of their errors is impossible, simply because ALPHA CUSTOMER SUPPORT is all but absent. I was recently ripped off by ALPHA INDUSTRIES to the tune of $200 when they stuck me with merch I didn't order, merch was mislabeled or defective. So I got something I couldn't wear. I immediately tried to contact online CUNSTOMER SUPPORT to resolve ALPHA's failure, but it was impossible to get beyond the chat bot to a live CUSTOMER SUPPORT agent, and the bot could not place the issue in it's ready-made set of responses. Calling ALPHA INDUSTRIES CUSTOMER SUPPORT was equally impossible. At least with online businesses like AMAZON, AT&T, PayPal, et. you can at least eventually get to a live agent by chat or phone. Not so with ALPHA INDUSTRIES. I finally resigned myself to emailing CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Days later I got a standardized bot-like email reply telling ME what I have to do to fix THEIR failure, which included paying ALPHA INDUSTRIES Ink. an $11 fee for their mistake, and then taking hours out of my day and pay other expenses as well to repair their failure. I replied to this CUSTOMER SUPPORT email but only got repeated bot-like replies. Implossible to communicate with.
Beside ALPHA INDUSTRIES nonfunctioning CUSTOMER SERVICE, my main complaint is it's not my responsibility to fix their mistake, the idea I should not have to incur further damages in addition to the original $200 damages is insufferable. ALPHA INDUSTRIES, if it were a credible business would have 1) apologized, 2) came and picked-up their junk, and 3) made my damages whole with either a refund or a store credit for full amount.
From my point of view, I was never in receipt of ALPHA'S merchandise, because said merchandise is simply not what I ordered. Rather, ALPHA has stuck me providing unpaid storage in my tiny San Francisco dwelling against my will. I consider this merchandise property abandoned in my place of residence by ALPHA INDUSTRIES since weeks have lapsed. I continue to ask ALPHA INDUSTRIES to come get their abandoned property, and return to me my property. I cannot continue to provide free storage for ALPHA INDUSTRIES Inc.
Finally, I recommend all potential ALPHA customers to stay far from this company, because ALPHA INDUSTRIES does not care about its customers. Once they get your $$$, you're nothing to them.

Love the style of jacket but comes up verrrrry small. Delivery does take a bit longer. Whatever your size is.....go up at least 3 sizes more!!!! Womens size isn't accurate.

Commander un sweat à capuche à 90e. 2 lavage et les stikers se décolle et la corde de la capuche était abîmer.... À éviter sérieusement pour éviter de perdre votre argent.... Retour fait et remboursement effectué directement. By by la mauvaise qualité

J' ai acheté un pantalon cargo Alpha industries et franchement plus jamais!!!!!!!! Payé plus 80€ et 2 fois en 2 semaines de temps que le boutton lache!!!! Pour une marque comme ça c' honteux!!!!
