I haven’t have my order sent to me for 2 weeks now. I haven’t got an answer back from them about my order. I even send them a email and got nothing. This is BS. Is this a scam clothes line. I’m really mad. Who has any suggestion for me to contact them personally??

I bought a ALPHA N-3B PARKA (HERITAGE) for $152.43. Sorry to say it is not worth the price. Nice coat, with 2 major flaws. Deal breaking flaws. For one the zipper is frustrating, never works on first try. Zipper is hard to get started. Wish it was a brass zipper. Alpha should stick to making coats (with better hoods) and leave the zippers up to YKK. Second, the hood is way too small/short. My favorite part of a parka is usually the hood. The rest of the coat fits great, when I put the hood up, it's actually too short. It does not reach from top of head to bottom of neck/shoulders. So when hood is on, the top of your head is holding the weight of the jacket. If you have a back pack on your shoulders, it's holding the weight of your backpack on top of your head! Then if you put your hands in your pockets, it's holding the weight of your coat, backpack and arms in your pocket. Which gives me instant head and neck aches and is very uncomfortable. I've owned plenty of Parkas, NEVER was the hood "too short". For the price I feel totally ripped off.

I purchased a Deluge fishtail Parka with recommended size, small. It fit okay overall except the sleeves were too tight for my arms, so unfortunately I had to return It. The quality of the product seemed mediocre in comparison to its price. As far as the return process goes, they will charge $11 to use their return label and takes a while for them to reimburse your refund. All in all, I probably won’t shop here again.

Terrible quality. I paid $200 for jacket and its very china product.Not good quality at all. Sewing falling apart and I didn't even wash it yet (once worn). I am afraid to wash it. You can't call customer service only email which makes all more difficult and their answers are not helpful anyway. Paid for one day shipping ($58), ordered on Thursday received 4 days latter on Monday. I returned the jacket and they charged $11 for return shipping. Is a joke. Wanted to order more jackets but definitely not!

J’ai découvert cette marque en recherchant des bombers NASA, je me suis un peu plus pencher sur l’historique de la marque, et qu’elle se fut la surprise d’apprendre que la marque fabrique les blousons officiels de l’armée américaine, mais également de la NASA, rien que ça !
J’ai donc regardé leur gamme de produits (surtout les bombers) pour, peut-être en prendre un pour l’hiver, se qui fut le cas ! J’ai donc commandé sur leur site officiel un bomber (200€, ce n’est pas extrêmement chère, mais quand même un petit peu), j’ai reçu ma commande 3 jours plus tard. Et le moins que je puisse dire, c’est que la qualité est au rendez-vous, même mes proches étaient jaloux de ma veste ! Des points faibles ? Je n’en vois pas, car même le prix un peu élevé est justifié par la qualité des produits. Donc je vous recommande fortement cette marque !

Bought sweater which is not usable after first wash. Did everything as it was stated on washing instructions, but all material went with small buds.

In reality Brands values are way more different than you are drawing them in your head. My wardrobe is full of Alpha Industries clothes and this small detail destroyed all the value.

1) Its defo a size up or 2.
2) It looked used even after couple uses and before a wash.

I ORDERED 2 TIMES TO MY UPS MAIL BOX AND THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER BECAUSE THEY SAID IS A FREIGHT FORWARD COMPANY ???? !!!!

I ordered a very expensive field jacket which was the wrong size. I followed their return instructions, used their return label and sent it back for a refund. In the interim, I ordered the correct size, and it has arrived. However, its been nearly a month, and I still haven't received my refund, nor have they responded to my emails. This is unacceptable. I need my refund, and a response as to when I will receive it.

I'm very disappointed with Alpha Industries. We've ordered almost 40 jackets and at $150 a pop, I expect better customer service. For one of our orders, the package was lost by UPS. We reordered what was missing last week to meet our deadline (and mind you, this reorder is only for 4 jackets). We chose overnight shipping at almost $80 and then nothing. No shipping confirmation. No follow up. So I begin to call and leave voicemails. I sent multiple emails to their customer service team and even left a Facebook message because I was desperate. Mind you, this was last week, the office was open, it was after Christmas and before NYE; there shouldn't have been any issue for me to at least reach someone to find out what was going on. Finally someone responded via FB saying the phones had be down (Could have made a post on their Facebook about that or edited the voicemail response). The person would not help me with anything else about my order and my questions so I asked if email was down too? The response I received was nope, email is fine so I'm just being ignored. In every message I've sent or voicemail I've left, I have asked and repeated to please call me and left my cell #. I just now received a response via email AFTER I sent another message this morning!! They didn't even answer my question and gave me the run around! Who manages this company?! I Will NOT order from here again or recommend! There are plenty of places that offer items like these who will take care of their customers. No one should have to jump through this many hoops just to speak to someone at a company over a concern with their merchandise.

Just purchased this jacket for myself and very happy, looked at the cheaper versions of this jacket in various stores across London, and decided to spend a little more and get the alpha, glad I did, you can instantly see the difference in quality. I visited the silvermans store in London and that’s where I purchased it, great place. I ended up with a medium size as there is a lot of confusion on the net about sizing, I wanted to try before I buy. I’m about 5’9” 32”waist 83kg was thinking I would need a small but to tight on shoulders as I’m into weightlifting have big chest and back, but definitely consider a size down, if your normally a large I think your find a medium a perfect fit and if your build is thin your get away with a small. For me it was the shoulder area that was tight so had to go medium. I bought the liner as well to go in it, which I think is a must if your going to get this jacket, I love it,heavy, quality, jacket, which I imagine will last me until I’m in the grave, you can bury me in my M65.

I ordered 1 - 2XL M65 Field Coat on Saturday 11/24/18 to be shipped to my office in Nashville, TN. To my surprise it arrived on Monday 11/26/18. Alpha sent me several emails throughout the shipping process. Jacket arrived just as advertised and the size was perfect for me. I have an original jacket from the 1970's and this jacket is an exact copy of that jacket. Very happy with my purchase and would order again.

Well where do I start, I bought 2 lattice collared shirts for $59.31 on the 3rd May and from then it's been a nightmare to deal with these people as first enquired where the shirts were it was the same reply as the previous poster that they were very busy this was the only time that they responded to me until they said the order was cancelled and I could get a refund WELL here we are the 12th October and still waiting the number of emails I've sent is unbelievable and what about ( elcorporation AND eliot lee) what have they got to do with the company,,?my last email to them was yesterday the 11th October,.,MY invoice i.d.c1102557872174.1 and transaction i.d. 37T15592JX486245P.,,I could go on for a lot longer but with being disabled it is not easy for me to be emailing everyday just thinking I'm sure I will die before I get any satisfaction from this company. So all I will say now is if you read the reviews which you should do I think you'll be able to pick the true reviews and the others which are not..,,,!!!!!

Order 12239and 12625 ordered in May not received them said they would send them again. Still nothing they said they have can cancelled the order and will refund no money after 2 months and now they don't reply its a scam

Worst customer service I have ever experience. Can’t get ahold of them and when you do they just hang up on you.

DO NOT ORDER FROM ALPHA INDUSTRIES!!!! I have the exact same story as almost every customer on this review site. Ordered...took my money...and now almost two months later no shirt. Robo responses yet no change on their website regarding status. This company is out to steal your money!!! I feel lucky this experience has only cost me $25.00.

The customer service is just horrible. Their website is glitchy. It was impossible for me to place an order online. I had to call the to place the order over the phone. Their shipping is also extremely slow. I've been waiting on my jacket to arrive for 20 days now. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

Alpha Industries showed themselves as a very disorganized and unethical company. I've wasted 2 weeks waiting for my order. As a result Alpha have completely messed up with a delivery process and without any comments have simply cancelled my order. Don't make business with Alpha Industries if you need your stuff to be delivered internationally.

My first purchase of an Alpha Industries jacket was smooth with no issues. I loved the jacket so much, I ordered two more a few months later.

Unfortunately, the new jackets didn't fit so well. After checking the returns policy, I followed the instructions and generated an "i-Parcel" return label via Alpha Industries' website, I placed the label on the package and posted it off. Bear in mind the refund amount is only around half the original purchase price, with the rest lost in commission to i-Parcel for "faster, more reliable international shipping" [pffft]. My refund, and jackets then fell off the radar. After a series of emails to i-Parcel and Alpha, I was politely told I must have used the wrong label and addressed the package to some different freight forwarder (i.e. someone other than i-Parcel). I hadn't, but because Alpha and i-Parcel couldn't work things out, it seemed easier for them to imply it must have been my fault.

Two months later, the package was returned to me in Australia, with i-Parcel's address crossed out by someone in United States Postal service (UPS). For whatever reason, the mail guys in the States clearly didn't like i-Parcel's address.

Another series of politely indifferent emails, and I was supplied another i-Parcel label. Guess what? It was IDENTICAL to the original label used by me. i-Parcel assured me and Alpha that it would work this time around; and although the label read "Delaware", it would inexplicably be redirected to a new i-Parcel facility in New Jersey and this was somehow better. Having exchanged over a dozen emails at this point, and taking comfort in the reassurance, I took a gamble and tried the label again. And guess what? A month and a half later, the package landed back on my doorstep. This time the U.S. mail guys didn't even bother to cross out i-Parcel's address.

It has now been four months. I still haven't managed to: return my jackets; obtain my refund; recover any of the $140 I've lost trying - and failing twice - to post the jackets back to the U.S.; or even be provided with a direct mailing address for Alpha that doesn't involve going through i-Parcel. On average, I have waited 1-2 weeks for a response to each one of my emails. To add insult to injury, the one letter I did receive from Alpha was to tell me their website was hacked and some of my personal details compromised.

Poor form, Alpha Industries! Cool jackets, but you've taken the title for worst online shopping/ return experience I have ever had the misfortune of suffering. As for i-Parcel, I don't think they actually have a fixed location and am yet to be convinced they exist.

My suggestion to international customers: have someone of your exact shape and size try the jackets on in the States, to make sure you never, ever need to return them to Alpha. As in EVER. Alternatively, maybe consider buying Alpha's jackets from a different online retailer like Asos or whoever (basically anyone that doesn't use i-Parcel).

I would add a review detailing my negative experience on Alpha's own website, but they appear to have wisely disabled that facility.
