Buyer Beware. I purchased this jacket to handle Michigan Winters and it did not work. Definitely not warm enough And they would not let me return for anything other than credit. I then had to purchase a second coat and this became a back up. With little wear, the zipper broke after a bit. Given how this coat is advertised, I would say stay away! Not warm and doesn't last.

I purchased a M65 jacket and paid for international shipping plus taxes and duties (separate charge). 4 days later DHL is requesting me to pay taxes and duties. Customer service at Alpha Industries is useless. Never buying anything again.

Overpriced and low quality. I bought a Sherpa jacket from Alpha Industries with high expectations, but the jacket I received was already falling apart as soon as I took it out. The fleece has visible bald spots and looks shoddily sewn together which I couldn't believe based on the selling point.

Bought generator from them and arrived damaged
did not receive proper receipt not replying to emails for help returning. looks like the owner purchased from Costco and ships to me.Then ups shows up to pick up Generator with no details why.???

I bought a generator and when it arrived it was damaged,I contacted alpha through e mail and have gotten no response. Not happy with them and would not recommend buying from them,buyer beware.

I bought a bomber jacket with international shipping including all services tax/customs/clearance. This was 24th March 2021. What happens next is like out of a freaking movie...DHL (King of logistics) is the international shipping service provider. I follow the tracking, not much to do in covid lockdown. It's updated several times a day and my jacket is shipped out of Eastcoast USA via Kentucky. My location is on a tiny tiny island in South Thailand. 3 days later I have my bomber jacket delivered at my door step. Amazing! Cool jacket and all good...but my jacket is probably a bit hot for the climate :) The shipping service i received should be used as a benchmark/school example for all online shipping. Very happy. Jacket and shipping 5 and 5 star.

Scam company!

Bought a jacket off the website. Jacket arrives, does´nt really look like advertised and is a bad fit. I write them, citing my 14 day "cooling off" period and request a full refund. After first trying to convince me that I have no such right, then trying to buy me off with coupons they finally relent. I return the jacket to an adress in China (of course), having been promised a full refund. This is more than 2 months ago, and they´ve stopped answering my emails. They basically stole 100 dollars off me.

How can i trust trustpilot when 77% reviews are 5 ***** but they rate Alpha Industries with a "poor" 2 ** ???!!!

TERRIBLE COMPANY!!! We bought 3 jackets and we’re not what they were in the picture, asked for a refund and they tried to fight us on that then the package has been at the facility since DECEMBER 11th with NO REFUND! I have emailed 5 times and called 3 times! SO UNETHICAL you’re going to take peoples merchandise back in the middle of a pandemic and keep the money to your self without refunding them! So messed up. I also paid almost $90 out of pocket for the shipping! SCREW YOU GUYS!

Big scam!! Should have known it was since I was dumb and purchased from a facebook link. Thanks facebook for allowing complete scams. Looked up the company and they said they are based in Chicago, they are not, they are in China. Order took three weeks and once arrived the quality is very poor. Cheap materials and quality. The jackets on the website, which looks great, must be another companies product. I wanted to send back for a refund, but it has to return to China and within 20 days of receiving the item. Shipped back to China at a cost of $46. Been at the China facility for 9 days now and no refund.
Stay away unless you want to over pay for sh-t product.

Would give zero stars if possible. Ordered two jackets. One never arrived although they said it did. The other came but the inside lining, which zips up, is about half the length of the outer coat and only reaches to about the belly button. Contacted customer service who is saying this is normal despite the photo on their site showing the inner lining reaching a button and a half lower than what I received. Company ships products from China and after first refusing my request for a refund, now expects me to ship the jacket back to China at my own expense. Stay away at all costs!!!

2. Be warned that you will not receive any confirmation upon purchase.
3. They say you may cancel an order within an hour but you actually cannot.
4. Wait a decade to get a response to their customer service.
5. Overall shopping experience on their website was awful. You’re better off purchasing their products on other places like Bloomingdale’s...

This company is a complete scam. ordered a jacket over a month ago, paid extra for 2-day shipping, and have not heard any updates on the order. Did not reply to my emails or DMs on Instagram. What pisses me off more is even though I DMed them 2 days ago (E-mailed them much longer ago) They are continuing to post on their IG page. I have commented on one of them recently in hopes of getting their attention. there was another user whose comment I saw (1 day old) asking for this company to reply to his DMs. currently waiting on that users reply to see if that company even bothered to msg them.

--UPDATED-- I had to spam their instagram page and people who have commented that looked like they worked for the company. i got into contact with someone who worked with the company and not for the company. They were able to get Alpha to message me back. Alpha industries tried to tell me that my order was not complete and that they had cancelled the order. When I checked the order, it was stated as "cancelled on October 22 (aka the day they finally replied to me)" aka they lied and didnt cancel it before. their way of saving face. just listing my experience. I did FINALLY receive my refund, but I had to bring outside matters to resolve it.

Wish I could give Alpha Industries a zero star rating. Worst SA business I’ve ever had to deal with. Payed $2000 on a deposit from Ben the sales rep for a pergola that he quoted the job went to council approval and was all approved it took over 6 months. They advised me they need to do a final measure before they would build the kit. Which I was advised they couldn’t do the job quoted for and that they would give me my deposit back. Yet to receive my $2000 deposit back. Be careful of this business. DO NOT BUY THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

YOU SHOULD ALWAYS VISIT TRUST PILOT before making an order online and check the reviews all the comments are true 100% accurate below, however there is a contact number on the website,expect a delay with conformation, emails etc. I made an order on Saturday, it is now Tuesday morning and I've just recieved conformation from company and DPD stating I will recieve my order on Thursday.if you have any problems contact them by phone with number provided on website.

I placed an order. No delivery status. I emailed the company 2 times with no response. The 3rd response now a week into my order. I get a response that says it will take 7 - 10 days to get the shipping information and that my package will come soon. Seriously? "My package will come soon". Imagine that person handling a return order that I pray I will not have to make.

I have bought Alpha jackets for over 20 years I recently ordered an L2B dragonfly and returned it due to poor quality and fit, I ordered an L2B Scout which was equally horrible quality and fit differently, but still a poor fit. Absolute garbage. I bought my wife a better quality immitation for $20. What once was the best on the market is now easily the absolute worst. The new Alphas make the cheap Rothco flight jackets look like luxery items.

Absolute garbage. I'm disgusted with what they are pushing out now and they are still charging the same price they charged when their products were top quality.
