The absolute worst company I have ever had to deal with. I wanted to surprise my partner with a new jacket, I saved up for it and thought I'd wait until black Friday to buy it. I'm disabled and found the website difficult to navigate. Long story short I bought what i thought was the right jacket and as I live in the UK had it sent to one of my relatives in America. I only realized the mistake that I had bought the woman's jacket instead of the man's when I checked my email. I phoned to change the order only to rudely find out they don't do that and that i would have to cancel, but because it was a holiday, I would need to wait until Monday before the money would be refunded and then I would need to wait 5-7 days before it went back into my PayPal. Missing out on the black Friday deal to buy the new jacket. I then received an email that the jacket had been shipped... After I had cancelled. I phoned again and had to speak to 3 different people who were all awful and unhelpful. So now I have to get my relatives to post the jacket back and I'll have to wait who knows how long for a refund. So now I have no money and no jacket, I'm disgusted with this company and how terrible there customer care is. I will never be buying from them again.

Customer service is still terrible - I'd really advise against buying from the AlphaIndustries.com website. You seriously run the risk of never receiving your order, and no-one replies to any communications. You do get robot-responses from UPS i-parcel, which is not helpful. Is anything happening? My order has gone missing, apparently after it has landed in Australia at customs and no-one seems to be doing anything to check it, find it, send it on. I've reported this 2 times to Alpha Industries plus countless messages to UPS and getting nowhere. Robot response said it would take 48 hours to enquire about where my jacket is, that was 5 days ago! Come on!!!! I need my jacket or my money, but right now I have neither. NOT GOOD! Would love someone to actually respond to my situation.

I was a fan of Alpha Industries clothing for about 30 years. But in recent years the greed of this company has really gone out of control. Their prices have now climbed so high as to make buying anything prohibitive for me (based in the UK). The quality is fine, but nothing to scream about, so why the massive price hike on everything if it isn't simple greed? I suspect Alpha are simply cashing in (to the max) on their brand name via entering the fashion market.

There are now many manufacturers producing the same clothing at a fraction of the price. Take the M65 jacket and liner for example. Alpha wants about £200 for both in the UK (sometimes more) when you can get a perfectly decent German-made M65 with liner for under £50 here. I've now stopped buying Alpha for this reason.

Alpha Industries website in the US is also infuriating with its automatic redirection to the much more limited European website if you open the page up from anywhere in Europe. They don't even let you browse!

I ordered an Apollo flight jacket for my daughter for Christmas 2016 and the wrong item was shipped, but I did not realize it was the wrong jacket until my daughter opened it up Christmas morning. Alpha went out of their way to make it up. A new inventory system was the cause of the error they said, and they shipped the right jacket immediately at a 30% discount, and let my daughter keep the wrong jacket free of charge. Great Customer Service and a Company that stands behind their word.

$500 leather jacket had a defect, Alpha does not offer exchanges to, or reply to emails of International customers (I-parcel is of no help). Return policy is asinine!

Had my order cancelled by the shipping company, no word from the company itself, even after several emails/FB messages.
The 'email us' address on their homepage even bounces back with 'no such address'.

Steer clear. What a waste of time.

I bought a parka during one of their "sales". About a week after the sale I got an email indicating that things were backed up due to the sale and that I could expect my shipping information within a day or two. Waited and waited. Finally emailed "customer service" asking were my shipping information was. Their response was that my order had been canceled because they ran out of stock. They suggested that I reorder at the full price with a pissant % off. Compared to what the sale was there was no way in hell I was going to go that route as it would have still been more than 4 times what the sale price had been.

This seems to be their modus operandi. Run a "sale", cancel orders without telling the customer (I had to request some information), and then offer pissant % off a replacement.

I will not be doing business with these scam artists ever again.

I received my jacket. It's perfect! I like buy from Alpha. High quality of products, good support.

Do not order from the US store!! I decided to buy from the us online store in order to get the longer length jacket size which wasn't available in England. The product took ages to get to England, then upon arrival it was held at customs, no one bothered to inform me. After a couple of weeks I decided to investigate myself and found that Alpha's customer service team were the worst I've ever dealt with, at times they took up to 4 days to reply, the emails I received were rude and unprofessional and sometimes they didn't even bother to reply to me at all. They had no idea where my jacket was or how I release it from customs. I contacted the delivery company, who informed me that the issue must be taken up by the supplier (alpha industries) and they couldn't help me directly. I informed the customer service team who yet again ignored me and did nothing to help. In the end I had to ring a number of delivery companies in the uk to gain the information needed to release my product from customs. It wasn't a difficult process once someone explained the process to me. So why are Alphas staff so incompetent in this area?

On the up side I finally got my product over two months after ordering, the box was badly damaged but the product inside was intact and a quality jacket. I can't dispute the quality of manufacturing and it reflects the products pricing, however the staff that dealt with my quietest were useless and cause me so much hassle with out any apologies.

Highly recommended product, fast shipping, legendary quality. Tip: buy from their website not from ebay- just look online for coupons.

Ordered from the US store as the UK store didn't have my size, delivery took 3 weeks which isn't long at all, Alpha industries customer service was excellent in helping me with my questions when I called and emailed them.
My new coat is really nice, very well made and warm, worth every penny!
I'd highly recommend Alpha Industries and will certainly be using them again.
