Dear Sir/Madam,

A bit long time to receive the parcel because of Christmas period.

The purchase order confirmed on 16 Dec 2015 and the tracking system of USPS show that the parcel departed from Miami on 19 Dec 2015. Then it transfer & departed from Switzerland on 3 Jan 2016. Finally I got the parcel on 8 Jan 2016. Maybe it's better choose iParcel service next time.

(For your ref. I made an order from publishbrand.com on 5 Jan and i received the parcel on 6 Jan by DHL express. It's really fast.)

The quality of the product I ordered was great and the fit was great as well. My only complaint came in the form of shipping. The product took way too long in my opinion. It was ordered back in Dec 16, 2015 and I just received it on Jan 5, 2016. Will this prevent me from ordering from them again? Most likely no, because I suspect that some of the shipping issues came with my order being placed sometime near Christmas. Here's hoping that my next order doesn't take as long.

Very pleased with the quality of the MA-1 Flight Jacket. Size chart was accurate which helped me choose the right size. Bought it in black & sage!

Great quality product

The jackets are decent quality, but I needed to return one, because it was too big. I emailed customer service 3 times, no response. I called and was on hold for a few minutes before randomly getting hung up on 4 times in a row. I still haven't received a response from them. Due to this experience, I will never shop there again.

Honestly, i am totally dissatisfied with policy of AF concerning International customers and USPS services which are actually did not make clear what would be final price, thus while you are sitting at home and waiting for your order from US and you payed for that about 250$... And then after few weeks postman comes with bill of 80 euros (additional costs like taxes and duties). Currently Alpha Industries has changed their delivery company- i suppose because they admitt their mistake, but unfortunatelly it this is done indirectly which means no compensation provided even no explanation. Next time before making order from Alpha i will think 100 times and will advise my friends to act in this way

Alpha Industries provide quality products, speedy service and value for the price. My Navy Ma-1 Flight Jacket arrived at my home here in Sydney Australia today only a short time after I placed the order!
The "tracking" system is first class and I could follow the international path of the consignment from the USA allowing me to know where and when my jacket would arrive.
I own 3 other Alpha jackets the A2, B15 and M65 with liner! Again all of them are of excellent design, colour and quality! Thanks Alpha!

No issues with packaging or it efficient do not shop on major holidays you will experience a slight delay other than that phenomenal service amd great product.

Site was easy to navigate and item was shipped on time, as promised.

Product as advertised. Fast shipping. Jacket is very nice, comfortable and warm with fitted cuffs and waist band. Fit is snug so if you have any doubts about size I would order next size up. I've received lots of compliments on the look. I ordered a black one.
