If you need to return a item you Have to call to get return information and they charge you $12 to use there ups return label, that sucks

I hate when a company use UPS ground for shipping, UPS ground is the slowest most painful way you can get goods to a customer, if I would of have know Alpha industries used UPS ground for shipping I wouldn't have brought anything from them, UPS ground stall packages for days I mean even it usually takes 3 days to get a package from a location Ups use 6 to 7 which is irritating. I can't respect a company who use UPS ground to save money especially a company station in the US, I guess I will have to find third party sellers who don't use UPS ground

I ordered from here twice online. I never purchased from here before so I relied on the size chart. When my first jacket came in it was humongous. Then I recently ordered another one a few sizes down and it was still extremely large. I love the look of the jacket it is so cute and stylish but if you do not already know your size when shopping on this website then I really recommend searching for a store that sells these jackets and going there to try it on (which I am currently doing).

I ordered the wrong size jacket for my son. It was to be a christmas present but luckily he found it and tried it on. It was too small and this was the 45th day from my order date. I talked to someone in customer service and I was able to return it and they immediately sent the right size and even gave me a discount. I would definitely order again and my son loves the flight jacket.

Although it took a while for me to chose a jacket to purchase, once I found the item the purchase was swift. The slim fit NB-3 hugs my curves perfectly while keeping my body as well as my neck warm. Due to the packaging, the fur on the hood was slightly flattened but I love the product nonetheless!

What better way to find an authentic USN Pea Coat than to go to a DOD clothing contractor? This was a last minute Christmas gift for my US Navy veteran father. Product quality was excellent and Alpha Industries' sizing chart was spot on as indicated by a perfect fit when my father received the coat. Shipping was wicked fast!
