Bought a jacket and wanted to try it out, but it turns out I have to pay for the return shipping label. Their return policy is outdated. When I called customer service, the lady wasn’t interested in helping at all. She basically said, “This is it — either ship it back at your own cost or drop it off yourself.” I won’t buy from or support this brand moving forward. Dainese all the way.

The most disgusting customer service I’ve ever experienced and thieves as well!! Paid £7.99 for postage ( which is outrageous I might add!) for a pair of gloves to be delivered, except UPS didn’t deliver, they didn’t attempt to deliver and I had to chase around town trying to find my parcel which was dumped at a petrol station! Emailed them saying it wasn’t delivered and requested my £7.99 back, after many emails back and forth I was basically accused of being a liar and I’m still out of pocket! Absolutely shocking customer service, very rude and very overpriced in my opinion! Avoid avoid avoid!

La mia compagna mi ha regalato le scarpe Alpinestars SMX S Stivali da Moto Adulto arancione molto belle esteticamente mi piacevano tanto scarpe che sono costate quasi €200 su Amazon ma dopo un mese ecco il problema della pessima costruzione, il laccetto superiore con l'attacco in velcro che tiene il cordino che stringe le scarpe, continua a staccarsi è davvero problema, anche perché il velcro non è fatto per attaccarsi e staccarsi più volte ogni giorno, quindi mi ritrovo un paio di scarpe inutili delusione, le ho portate pure dai cinesi per cambiare il velcro Ma il problema resta sempre quello, il sistema di costruzione di progettazione è pessimo, per un marchio che si vanta di essere al top, mi spiace non poter pubblicarvi le foto Ma se c'era il link le avrei pubblicate

Tutto molto chiaro e efficiente nel reso con cambio taglia. Molto professionale. L’unica cosa è che avevo chiesto il ritiro a domicilio ma dopo 2 giorni l’ho portato ad un fermo point , comunque in generale soddisfatto. Grazie

L'acquisto è stato semplice e veloce e i tempi di consegna perfettamente rispettati
Purtroppo, però, ho sbagliato a scegliere la taglia (troppo grandi) ma, grazie all'eccellente servizio di reso con contestuale cambio taglia offerto da Alpinestars, ho potuto ricevere velocemente e in tempi brevi i guanti della taglia giusta, senza alcun aggravio di costo. Fantastico! Grazie Alpinestars!

MX Jersey und Hose in zwei verschiedene Größen bestellt. Die nichtpassenden Dress zur Retour bei Alpinstars angemeldet. Alles schon vorab mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Nächsten Tag sollte UPS das Retourpaket abholen. Da fing es schon an . Es wurde nicht abgeholt. Also selber zu UPS gefahren, Abgabebeleg erhalten. Nun warte ich schon seit vier Wochen auf die Erstattung . Ich habe alpinstars schon zweimal angeschrieb. Dort antwortet jeweils immer die KI und hält mich hin. Hätte ich das vorher gewusst, hätte ich dort nichts bestellt. Die Qualität der Produkte ist auch nicht neue beste. Knieschoner sind am ersten Tag gerissen .

Pa. Heute kam die Mitteilung, dass das Geld erstattet wird in den nächsten 2 Tagen.

I purchased at the beginning of August, after a week of no update I contacted and was told it was summer shutdown so order wouldn't ship for another week. I asked to cancel the order as I needed the helmet sooner. They said they couldn't.
Anyway, 3 weeks after ordering it finally arrived, but as I'd already purchased another helmet I setup the return.
Unfortunately it looks like the return is lost, I contacted over 3 weeks ago and was told a claim would be raised with UPS. Still no refund and now getting ignored. The ups claim website says there's an issue with the paperwork so they clearly haven't done their job properly. So frustrating getting ignored, all this could have been avoided if they had just cancelled my order. I wish I had come here first to see the bad experiences people have with this company. AVOID THIS INCOMPETENT COMPANY!!!!

Ich habe mir 3 Paar SMX1-AIR Stella Handschuhe bestellt, jeweils in unterschiedlichen Größen direkt auf der Alpinestarsseite. Die „Männer-Version“ hab ich wo anders bestellt. Siehe da: Männer M passte perfekt, hab also die behalten und die Stella Paare zurückgesendet. Seit über einem Monat warte ich darauf, dass Alpinestars bei Klarna die Retoure meldet. Ich schreib ein Mail mit der Bitte, das endlich zu machen. Heute kam die Bestätigung: 1 Paar akzeptieren sie, 2 fehlen. Wie?! Warum?! Alle 3 wurden retourniert, das sie mir nicht passen. 180€ soll ich nun bezahlen für Handschuhe, die zurück geschickt wurden, weil sie mir NICHT PASSEN. Kaufe nie wieder bei Alpinestars etwas. Meine Jacke und die Schuhe werde ich günstig verkaufen - so eine bodenlose Enttäuschung an die ich nicht ständig erinnert werden möchte.

I sent Alpinstars 7 emails regarding a suit I’d purchased and got one reply. The reply was very poor and Alpinstars wasn’t willing to resolve the issue I have with the new suit. I can’t emphasise how disappointed I am with the service I’ve received from Alpinstars who class them
Selves as a premium brand I’d motorcycling equipment. I will never recommend anyone to buy Alpinstars in the future and I will never buy another item from this rubbish company.

Ho richiesto una ricarica per l'airbag Tech-Air 10 presso un dealer locale. Dopo qualche giorno vengo contattato: il preventivo è di 189 €. Confermo di procedere con la riparazione. Al rientro del prodotto, il negozio mi informa che il costo totale è salito a 280 €. Chiedo spiegazioni e mi viene detto che la spedizione, trattandosi di materiale pericoloso, costa 90 € andata e ritorno.
Contatto direttamente Alpinestars, che conferma l'importo. Trovo assurdo che un prodotto nuovo venga spedito ovunque con pochi euro, mentre una riparazione costi quasi la metà del valore del dispositivo. È un sistema poco trasparente: il costo della spedizione dovrebbe essere comunicato prima, non a riparazione avvenuta.
Mi capita spesso di trovare il service Alpinestars direttamente in pista durante i weekend di gare. Se avessi saputo in anticipo delle spese, avrei preferito gestire la ricarica in quel contesto, evitando costi spropositati.
Il prodotto è valido, ma il servizio clienti e la trasparenza del processo lasciano molto a desiderare. Mai avrei autorizzato la riparazione se fossi stato informato correttamente. Cordiali saluti

I can't say I've ever come across a more anti-customer company in my life. I have been trying to get a product replaced for several years now, and after multiple emails to their customer service they finally agreed to replace them. I posted them back and waited... And waited.. Chased multiple times and no response. Never received the replacement. They still have my leathers. Avoid buying any Alpinestars product because if something goes wrong with them they will never try to help you.
