Alpine Surveys Avaliações

Abbas was on time and very professional about the survey that he carried out.

If your looking for professionalism use this company

Abbas is, by far, the most helpful structural engineer we've ever worked with. He took time to visit our home, hear our concerns, investigate each query, answer our questions with his deep knowledge and make helpful recommendations. He is skilled and able to explain things for lay people well. He wore shoe coverings out of respect for our home. He set our minds at ease and gave us the information we need to make sure we can scope work with builders without getting led astray, or falling into traps.

A detailed and comprehensive survey. Will definitely recommend them to others.

Abbas attended my property to conduct a structural survey. He was extremely courteous and professional and I felt confident in his assessments. His report was delivered in the timeline agreed and is of good quality. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alpine Surveys on the basis of this experience.

Excellent response time and gave us exactly the technical details we needed . Would use again .

I have recently made an offer on a residential property and required a Level 2 RICS building survey.
I contacted Hayley and she was efficient and speedy in her response and quotation.
Jason the Surveyor collected the keys from the estate agent and completed the survey a few days later without fuss.
Excellent customer service and highly recommended.
Thank you Hayley and Jason and I will be using you again for my next purchase.

Abbas and his colleague were incredibly knowledgable and even spoke to solutions we can implement whilst doing the survey. I would 100% recommend Alpine Surveys for anyone looking to get an honest and compressive assessment.

Alpine did a follow up structural survey on some issues identified in a home buyers survey. I have not had the full report yet as the survey was done just before Christmas, but I am very grateful for Abbas the structural engineer giving me a call on Christmas Eve to provide an overview of his findings. Alpine were also very flexible with the date and time of the survey. So far very satisfied with the service and look forward to receiving the full report.

Very easy to deal with Alpine surveys from the first contact there was clear communication about price and service.
Abbas was courteous, polite and knowledgeable. His expertise will be invaluable in helping me to remedy a problem with the brickwork on my property.

Abbas attended this morning to complete a structural survey on an old residential property due to internal cracks. Awaiting full report but after a thorough inspection of the property he has found no structural issues, therefore allaying any concerns. He was very knowledgeable about older properties and their upkeep.

Very thorough and listened to my concerns really well. Peace of mind restored.

The surveyor came to do a damp survey, and was very helpful in explaining the cause of the damp patches and offering various solutions
The report that he subsequently submitted was detailed and informative.

A very professional and friendly company to deal with. I would highly recommend. I had a Damp / Timber survey carried out. Ahmad was on time and very professional. The report was issued as promised and I needed extra information which was provided on the same day has asking which was brilliant. Thanks to all at Alpine.

Very specific and explained properly, clearly. Friendly, punctual and professional

Abbas was great! He explained everything very throughly and made sure to inspect the walls very well. I had never needed a structural engineer before so i didn’t know what to expect and Abbas made sure everything was clear - I walked away with an understanding of what was needed.

Firstly we had great communication from Chris who replied clearly and promptly, and arranged a structural survey within just a few days. George attended our property right on time, was very thorough and took time to explain the intricate details of the survey and his findings, in a simple way to understand. We received the report within the advertised timeframe of 7 working days which was very comprehensive and gave us great reassurance about the structural integrity of our property.

Alpine Surveys provided a RIC Level 2 survey for a property purchase. I was delighted with their service from start to finish.
