I ordered a skip they told me the wagon had broken down and another wagon was going to collect it. I spoke to the driver who delivered the skip from reward and he said he had not broken down at all so they were telling me lies. When I telephoned back to get it collected they told me it would be the next day, 4 days later it got collected, very un professional.

My experience was far from great, it was a huge mistake using your company, having paid £318.00 for a 8yard skip and missing the call from the driver, was expected to pay another £150.00 for the driver to turn round and drop the skip, I cancelled the skip only to find out that they reduced my £318.00 to £168.00 for waiting time, bad enough being a tradesman in this day and age, have been robbed of all my tools twice by someone I didn’t know, but to employ a company to rob you totally unbelievable. Call centre run by satan .STAY AWAY From this company

4 m3 Skip ordered and paid for on Friday for a Monday am delivery. No sign of it. 2 phone calls with a promise to get back to me with information, didn't hear anything. 3rd phone call mid afternoon to be informed that the yard had no record of my delivery! Holding the job up by this time!Cancelled the booking and got a 5m3 skip from a different company first thing next morning for £45 less than AMA. Won't be using AMA anytime soon,.

TERRIBLE company they make every excuse why they can't take some waste then charge you £140 plus vat for aborted call. Please do not use you will be sorry.

The office staff are very helpful especially a lady called Eron , she is always on the side of the phone , no computer answering the phone , I will always us this company.

Efficient skip delivery and collection. Zero issues

Efficient office service. All details logged on the system so when speaking to different staff, all are aware of them. Polite and friendly and drivers notify you when on their way so that you can reiterate instructions of skip positioning if you’re not at home. Super job!

Easy drop off and collection, I didn't need to be there for either.
Will use again
