American First refunded my payment within 2 hours after I decided not to purchase the Bentley on which I had placed the warranty.
Honest response with no problem at all.

The help given and customer service was outstanding.

Not sure about this company coz some of the review just doesnt make sense like Jason Tran who claimed to bought a "brand new"2021 Honda..excuse me but doesn't all vehicle come with at least 3 years or 36k miles factory warranty? I bought a jaguar that comes with 5yr/60k factory warranty and it's about to expire and that why I'm on this site.

bought coverage on my dogde durango few months back. I was unsure at first which company to go with when i was shopping. american first was one of my top choices and i am glad i went with them.. i have had bad experience with other company in the past so that made me hesitant. my engine light came on last week American first auto informed me to take the car to my shop and they took over from there. they covered my claim quickly and throughout the process they were communicative and transparent keeping me at ease the entire time. they had me back in my car the very next day what a pleasure to work with.... i signed up my daughter car and my wife car on the spot once my claim was paid. i will be recommending to all my family and friends. thanks

Now American first auto is calling my phone with fake Florida numbers harassing me.I have recorded everything they falsely made threats against me. Be aware . I’ve already co texted New York’s state attorney and have an open case as of May 2021Updated 6/23/2021

This company keeps stating I bought my warranty and used it before my 30 days. I have proof I bought It in February 2021 and used it well after 30 days on April 17 2021 was denied coverage because a fake rep came to exam the vehicle at a well established dealership and not at a private mechanic shop.
Company is fake and fraudulent. Never received my refund for a car rental since April24,2021. They denied my warranty claim stating it was pre existing conditions and I only had 300+ miles.We are in an pandemic who drives more than 15 miles a week. Sales rep Z is a bold face liar along with C. Green. When you go to email the company off their website, it sends back a mail demon as a non registered address. Never once spoke to anyone else but those two. They never call from a legit corporate line , always scrambled ported line from the same state you live in even though the company is reported to be based in New York. Company is Fake a/f be aware.
Oh and not to mention ALL those other reviews are FAKE

Just used my extended warranty for the 1st time and had outstanding experience with Zach and dealership discuss the situation and final bill was paid same day with no out of pocket.. this is 1st time I have ever bought extended warranty.. great job!

Too early to judge. Have not submitted a claim The sign up process left a lot to be desired with an inability to to get electronic contract to sign from their tech people at their company. Both wife and I had doubts about legitimacy of the company . Wife reneged on her contract. I kept mine. Half the price of Car Shield for the platinum contract good for two years.
