From the very first call to Casey I found her so friendly and helpful she listened to exactly what I wanted and made the whole booking experience very easy will diffinitley use american holidays again and be recommended it to my friends

Paula at American Holidays is extremely helpful, from the outset she listened carefully to my holiday wish list and delivered carefully considered options. Paula is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend her. I had got a quote from her last year and I remembered her attention to detail and expertise, prompting me to get in contact with her this year again to book our holiday to New York and Cancun.

Casey did the great job putting everything together. Unfortunately, there is some room for improvement, possibly from different department. The department who dealt with fight tickets still made a mistake. I have to spend hours fixing it myself.
