I initially phoned to look at a trip to America and Canada - I spoke to Megan, she was FANTASTIC! She looked at all different options for me and tweaked the itinerary a couple of times so we got the best route, hotel and options for our trip.

The lady Amanda who looked after out booking was very friendly and informative. Our booking was for a large group of 12 people and we also requested several quotes which was timely for Amanda but she was very patient and happy to oblige. We were able to make our final decision and Amanda efficiently complete our booking. I would be happy to recommend to a friend based on the service we received.
