Hello Becki, i am so sorry that you had issues with your order. I can confirm a refund was sent on May 2nd and this should of been in your account within 24 hours.
We have now integrated a chat option into our website to improve our customer service.

Don’t recommend
I paid for 1-2 working days delivery and it took over a week. Was also a missing item. The company simply doesn’t respond to emails, calls or Facebook messages so I’ve been unable to claim a refund for the delivery or the missing item. There are so many other companies like this out there so definitely go elsewhere!

Ordered £100 order for Easter in march website clearly stated next day delivery.
Patiently waited sent several emails as Easter was getting closer eventually received my order 2 weeks later after Easter will not use again and way over priced

Hello Rachel,
I am so sorry you had delays with your order. After further investigation i have found that you ordered on Friday the 31st march. We then had two non-working days. We then had a period of 4-working days were we tried our best to work through a back-log. Unfortunately on this occasion we were unable to ship your order out within the 4 working days and i sincerely apologise for this. We then had good Friday, the weekend and then the additional Easter Monday bank holiday. We then shipped your order on the very next available working day which was April 11th. There was a one working day delay with DHL and you received your items on the 13th.
Although we do state next-day delivery we also state this is dependent on demand and does not include non-working days.
Prices for all of products can be found on our website before purchasing to determine value for money.
Again, i am so sorry you had a negative experience with American Kandy co.
I value your feedback and will put this forward.

Ordered on the 23rd Feb for my lads…
Ordered on the 23rd Feb for my lads birthday on 23rd of march. Nothing has come I've emailed them had no reply and the courier has said there still waiting for the parcel.
Since then I've ordered from sugerbox, who's order I received 7 days later. Not only that because of my previous experience I emailed them also after not receiving the parcel after 4-5 days to which they replied rapidly and answered any concerns I had.

Terrible service took 3 weeks to get item so missed the birthday. 5 emails sent not one reply never answered phone calls would never use them again.

If I could give no stars I would! I paid just over £33 for a surprise parcel and postage. I still haven’t received this and have sent many emails still haven’t got any reply!!!! I brought this on 6.3.23 was told it would be here within 3-5 days it’s now 18.3.23
