This company was extremely helpful answering all our questions and getting my uncle his benefits. I would truly recommend them to anyone who is applying for Veterans benefits.

Every person I had contact with was very helpful and always called or emailed me back in a timely manner.
They helped me step by step. Answered any questions I had.
But, I still don't understand why it costs so much for their help.

Help is available from people who care. It might take some time to receive funds from the government but it is very helpful for us to get the help needed. Again, thank you for all help. 👍👍😎

All business was conducted on the telephone, we did not have to pull my 94 year young mother into different offices and buildings!

Helpful guidance through the Aid&Attendance application process. AVA accreditation is critical and lends credence to the final application submission. Attempting to successfully accomplish securing the A&A benefit is daunting if you attempt to navigate the VA website.

They guided me through the application process which made it easy for me to understand the questions. I had several working with me on the different stages of the application.
They were patient and understanding with my hearing loss and my Stepson was able to speak with them and then relay the question so I could hear it.
With my medical problems, I could not have completed the form, that I needed to send, and I was able to scan so much of it.
If I had a problem with anything one of the three would always be available by phone or online.
I am so glad that I saw Marys's name one time when I was trying to get information on widows needing assistance, I kept her email, so when I started the process, I went back to her email, and called her, and she answered every question I had, explained their Companys, how they help and she sent me more information in the mail to read.
I can't tell you how knowledgeable and professional they are.

American veterans aid was very professional, thorough and in constant communication throughout the entire process. They made this very stress free. My case manager was very caring and always got back to me in a timely manor. I would recommend this organization to anyone and have already given their information to several to see if they qualify for this assistance. They did an outstanding job.

Exceptional service from start to finish.

I was extremely happy that we chose AVA to get help with registering my Aunt for the benefit earned by my Uncle for his service in WWII. They were very easy to work with and timely in answering all of my questions. My Aunt is 98 years old; so I was afraid the process would take too long and she would not get any benefit; however, everything was submitted in time for April 1 and she received her first check with back pay to April in July!!

They did exactly what they said they would, and helped us each step of the way. Our questions were always answered promptly. The benefits we are receiving has made the care of our parents so much easier. We’re very grateful to the AVA for all the help and support.
