Fabulous linen sofa cover and waffle throw

This was my first order with Amour. I only indulge in linen. Clothing and home goods. I was very impressed with not only the excellent quality, but how quickly my order arrived, flawlessly.
This summer I'll look at their clothes.
Great dependable company.

Linen nightgown

I love the items. The material and color are just as described. The problem is had was will size. I ordered one large and it was a bit skimpy. So I ordered xk and it was not much bigger. You sizes are different from US and no return policy makes people have to keep and item that doesn't fit.

many mistakes, no solutions

I placed an order on July 3rd. I was told in the purchase confirmation mail that it would take "1 to 3 weeks" to produce the item, which was totally fine because I understood that that was the concept. I specifically wanted to purchase a durable timeless linen item.

However, it took longer to produce (4 weeks) and I was kept in the dark during this entire time. But that was fine as well because I could imagine that summertime was a very popular period for the company and surely I would receive my item within a month, right?

Finally the item gets shipped early August. I had opted for an environmentally friendly delivery. However, I - maybe wrongfully - assumed that the delivery would be in the vicinity of my home or.... at least in the same city! Alas, they delivered to another city which was not easily accessible without a car. This makes NO sense!
I'm explaining all this not knowing that the shipment had been made. Supposedly I was informed but I can't find any trace of this email. By that time, it was early September and the item - for which I would have had to somehow find a car (I don't own a car) to go pick it up - had already been sent back to Poland. AmourLinen then agrees on September 8 to give me a refund. And now it's October 27th and no such refund has been made even though the item clearly made it back to Poland. As soon as I had sent yet another email indicating that I still had not received the refund, I get an email that I'll be receiving the refund. So basically... they forgot to do the refund. If I had trusted AmourLinen again, they would have robbed me from the money I paid!

I was very reluctant to write a negative review but as much as I believe in the mission of AmourLinen, I feel I need to warn future clients of all the mishaps that happened. AmourLinen really needs to rethink their supply chain. Upbeat answers to customer questions simply won't cut it. And it's a pity because the retail world desperately needs companies such as AmourLinen...

I’ve reviewed your order details carefully. As all of our items are handmade to order, our production times can sometimes extend beyond the estimated time, especially during exceptionally busy periods like this past July. Since we’re not a fast-fashion company, each piece is crafted individually by our seamstresses, and the unexpected surge in orders led to some delays. We provided the possibility to cancel the order if you do not wish to wait for it. We’ve already taken steps to expand our production capacity to prevent this from happening again.

Regarding the delivery, your package was delivered to a GLS parcel shop on August 8th and was available for pickup until August 22nd. When a parcel isn’t collected within that window, it automatically gets returned to the GLS warehouse in Poland and then to us in Lithuania. Please note that GLS can always be contacted directly for redelivery options in such cases.

As for your refund - once we receive a returned package, we process refunds within 14 days. However, since return shipments require additional documentation and international handling, they can take longer to arrive back to us. I completely understand how frustrating this delay must have been, and I sincerely apologize for the oversight that caused your refund to take longer than expected. We’ve now ensured that your refund has been issued.

We truly value your support and belief in our mission. Your feedback helps us improve both our processes and communication so that we can provide a smoother experience for all our customers in the future.

Beautiful quality items from a sustainable brand

Just like many others who wrote a review here, I ordered in July 2025, when the company was experiencing a huge increase in orders leading to delays.
While I admit that I felt frustrated and nervous when my items weren't shipped withinin the given time frame of 4-8 business days, I have to say that the customer support always responded to my e-mails, even though the reponses were kind of vague at times. I absolutely understand that adapting to such a surge in orders doesn't happen overnight but I would have appreciated a more transparent communication regarding the timelines (which is my only criticism).
I received my top and shorts approximately 6 and a half weeks after placing my order and I absolutely love them. The quality is lovely, you can definitely tell that the items are handmade with love and care.
I will be ordering from AmourLinen again as I believe in the company's sustainable approach and that they'll be able to adapt to their success soon.

Ordered on July 29

Ordered on July 29, 2025. After several weeks corresponded with Ugne on the 11th of August. Was told they were inundated with orders and trying to catch up. This is from the email..."Your order is currently being made and is scheduled to be shipped next week." After two weeks I reached out again and can not get a reply. Yet, the company seems to be having a sale and taking more and more orders but evidently can not send out the orders they already have....poor business model. This order was made in plenty of time for an upcoming trip I have in September.

This summer has been especially challenging for AmourLinen. In just the first two weeks of July, we received as many orders as we normally do during an entire summer. We weren’t fully prepared for this unexpected demand, and we sincerely appreciate the patience and understanding of all our customers.

As a small, transparent business from a little country in Europe, our entire team — including our production staff — has been working overtime to fulfill every order. Our highest priority is always to deliver on time and make our customers happy. Unfortunately, with such an overwhelming volume, we experienced delays and we are truly sorry that we could not complete your order in time for your trip.

Recent purchase

Although I waited a while for my shorts and top and did have email correspondence with them which they always responded to it is worth the wait. The linen is lovely and great quality, you can tell it’s handmade and I really love my shorts and top. If you order be patient.

Placed order on 30th of July. Have yet to receive any items ordered. I’m deeply frustrated. No communication. Tracking says order being prepared… Surely it should’ve been prepared and delivered by now!

I bought a dress and bed sheets

I bought a dress and bed sheets. The dress is incredible and felt very light on my body! I don’t even want to start about the sheets, it feels very soft and it matches my room decor. The quality matched the price I paid. I will definitely comeback to try something else.

Bad customer service. Didn’t receive items.

Placed order five weeks ago spending nearly £200. Heard nothing at all for three weeks so I Emailed to ask when arriving and kept being told they were busy and it would be the following week. Still nothing. They have issued a refund five weeks later. If they do not have the capacity to make the orders they should not take them. Or they need more staff. Not good experience and was really looking forward to receiving my items. Won’t bother in future. If you are getting something for a special occasion it’s not worth it as highly likely not to receive it.

I completely understand your frustration, and I want to be transparent about what’s been happening on our end. This past July, we received around ten times more orders than in a usual month. It felt like a Christmas rush in the middle of summer, and while we’ve already started expanding our production, that process doesn’t happen overnight.

Our seamstresses are working incredibly hard, often putting in extra shifts, but they can only sew so fast while still maintaining the quality we’re known for. If we had anticipated this surge, we would have been better prepared for such a long production time.

We truly value and appreciate the many customers who have shown patience and understanding during this busy period, and we’re very sorry we couldn’t meet your expectations this time.

Please know we are working as hard as we possibly can, not to delay or mislead anyone, but to ensure every piece is made with the care it deserves.

Terrible experience

I was reluctant to write a negative review, as I know it can be damaging to a small business—especially one that makes handmade goods. I’m typically patient, understanding, and appreciative of the process. Unfortunately, that was not the case this time.
I placed my second order in early July, and after a month of waiting with no delivery—and several extremely frustrating emails back and forth—I ultimately canceled my order. What shocked me most was that the company made no effort to rectify the situation beyond simply asking if I wanted to cancel.
Customer service is key, and this company had multiple opportunities to make things right but completely failed to do so. It became clear to me that they don’t value or understand the importance of customer retention, which can make or break a business. A company that grows beyond its capacity without putting proper safeguards in place is setting itself up for failure.
Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering from them again.

As we mentioned in our communication with you, July brought an unexpected surge - more than ten times our usual monthly orders. While we are actively expanding production, these adjustments take time, and unfortunately this affected our timelines.

We did extend the return window for your first order, and I personally prioritized your second, but I completely understand your decision to cancel rather than continue waiting. Please know we never intend for delays like this to happen - they naturally come when demand grows suddenly, and we cannot simply ask our seamstresses to sew faster without compromising the quality of their work.

We regret that we couldn’t deliver your skirt in time and sincerely apologize for the disappointment. At the same time, we’re grateful for the many customers who continue to support and value the slower, handmade, made-to-order process that defines our work.
