Great communication fast delivery
I received the order promptly after placing.
Great communication when problem a there was a problem.
I’m not overly pleased with the abaya.
There are a few flaws with the workmanship but I the customer service is great.

We genuinely value our customers and strive to offer the best possible service. However, we understand that we cannot always meet everyone's expectations, and in this particular situation, we regret that we are unable to assist with the VAT refund request, given that VAT was not charged in the first place.
Furthermore, we incurred an additional £1.90 for postage, as the actual cost amounted to £11.90. However, we did not request any further payment from you, and you have only paid a total of £10 for the order.

This has been resolved the delivery was late but they kindly suggested a refund to compensate the error. I appreciate their acknowledgement of their delay and their effort to resolve it. The items itself were lovely
