Genuine review
Genuine review, please do not replay with your story, Faulty Jaguar turns into a nightmare, Overpriced, conned me with a care pack that does nothing for £290 told was included with the vehicle price, yes yes, faults and money spent within 3 months guarantee due to the lies, and being cowboys, No service has been done with a fake stamp without date, I'm glad got ride of the nightmare returned it to the finance with all recipes to proof. This company is full of lies, go somewhere else, I 100% do not recommend it. 0 stars
You can't find me on your database wow to who do you sell the Jaguar SN13 NXP? You're all liars. Yes and yes, you con people.
And Yes I have 26 negative reviews of companies like yours, if you want positive reviews then don't con your customers. End of story.

Disappointing
Booked to test drive a BMW M135i. On arrival, car hadn’t been valeted, tyre pressures were low as was the fuel level. Car didn’t have BMW fsh. Pushy sales pitch. Wouldn’t recommend which is a pity as Anchor used to be better.
In the light of Anchor Cars response to my initial review, I would offer the following observations.
I think an inspection of the car would indicate the car has not been driven recently. If it had been why was there dirt beneath the rear spoiler? Why were the tyre pressures low? Why had it not been re-fuelled? Why was there heavy surface rust on the brake discs? The reality is this car has been available for sale for over thirty one weeks and it shows.

Amazing!!
Smooth from start to finish. Thank you Aston for the amazing service. Aston made buying our new car so easy over the phone, answered any questions, agreed a good price for our part exchange and keeping us updated throughout the whole process of getting the car prepped and delivered to us quickly. I’ve never brought a car without seeing it first but it was so easy and worry free and if we wasn’t happy with the car on delivery we could return it which put our mind at ease.
We are over the moon with our new car it is exactly as described and immaculate on arrival.
Also thank you to Bill who delivered the car very friendly and helpful. Kept us updated on when he would be arriving and quickly inspected our part ex/helped me fill in the paperwork etc.
Amazing service would buy from Anchor Cars again in future.

Bought a Peugeot 5008 from this company 3 years ago,seamless professional transaction, bought the extended warranty at the time reluctantly but 6 month's ago had problem with air conditioning took it into Anchor diagnosed air conditioning compressor replaced it under warranty no charge what a result ,coming up now to replace car ,am now reviewing there extensive stock ,well done Anchor keep it up

When purchasing a new car it's always an exciting but nerve wracking time to wonder if you are making the right decision.
