Great service from Chris Rollason on the purchase of our Ford Transit Custom, it was made very easy, and a great handover by Grant after delivery to our house, all in all a great experience

Steve gave me a regular update as to where he was on the 120 mile delivery route. When he finally arrived he was very friendly and showed me the basics of the car; an electric one which I had never driven before.

Grant collected my vehicle and he made the handover very quick and simple, he was polite and friendly.

Process took a few days to get going after selling through carwow, but as soon as the collection was confirmed it all went super smooth. Steve B was great and didnt knock money off even tho I was a few miles over the claimed amount.

It took a bit longer to agree the sale than the 48hrs Motorway state, but once I contacted Andy, at Anchor, it moved quickly.
I was paid a fair price for the vehicle.

Sold car through Motorway - Anchor Cars were the highest bid. Achieved good price. Received email from Richard with a form attached, then received a phone to arrange collection. Jeff came down looked over the car and gave it a test drive, all good completed paperwork and drove it a way. All in all a pleasant experience.
