Very Slow Shipping. Not NZ Based
I placed an order for contact lenses as I normally do, since my usual supplier (EzyVision who I highly recommend) was out of stock of my prescription contacts so I ordered from this website. ANZLenses are not NZ based, are not upfront that their processing wait times are lengthy, and they ship from overseas. It's been 5 days since I placed an order, and it has not even 'Dispatched' yet. It is then expected to take 9-14 days to arrive AFTER it's shipped. (This is in the fine print which I read today after wondering what is taking so long.)
Companies that expect their shipping times to be significantly longer than what customers expect (2-3 days) should be upfront, clear, and obvious that they don't have product in stock and has to ship overseas, instead of putting it in fine print. It should say 'international shipping' at checkout, NOT 'standard shipping'. There is nothing 'standard' about an online order taking 2-3 weeks to arrive from out of the country. The national average, and what customers expect, is 2-3 days.
Despite the .co.nz url, it take weeks to process, dispatch, ship, and arrive from outside the country.
Do not order from here if you need your lenses within a reasonable timeframe. I will not order from this website again.
