prompt delivery and subsequent, good customer service to follow up a query which turned out to be a mistake at my end.

I placed an order on 12th July for contact lenses and received an email stating the order is being process and will soon be on its way. On the 18th I tried to communicate both by phone message and email, it is now 20th and no reply nothing! These people are very un-professional and unfortunately I have had to order lenses from another provider.

I received 1/2 my order! The customer Service number does not work and you can only send Email for complains. I did received an Email soon after I requested information though. A hotline is a requirement I believe. The shortage came from the provider but a notification in advance would have been appreciated.

Quite simply the worst experience I’ve ever had with a lens retailer and they still won’t stop. After days of no response and no confirmation even after I paid, they claimed it was a technical error (only after I raised it as a disputed transaction). I had contacted my bank to reverse the payment as, naturally, if one does not receive a payment confirmation, it is highly suspicious.

Having seen their response to this review below, they’re now claiming that I submitted a dispute to my bank AFTER the tracking number was received. This is false and a compete lie and is defamatory. After days of no communication, I contacted my bank. The dispute was withdrawn only once contactlenses confirmed the order and provided details. However, they then proceeded to charge me a dispute fee and GST despite their technical issues! So I’ve had to PAY extra for this horrendous experience.

So unprofessional, and I’ll be taking this further. STAY AWAY from onlinelenses as they’ll do nothing but create unnecessary issues and have zero to no understanding of customer service.

I’ve seen they’re also now naming me personally in this review to try and intimidate me - for all other customers, this is symptomatic of the sort of behaviour and lack of customer service they provide. Just go somewhere else - there are plenty of reputable and decent online lens retailers.

Competitive prices but not sure if the quality is as good...been having issues with the lens that I've tried before and never had the issue

Ordered two packs of lenses Thursday last week, they proceeded my order on the next day, received it today (is Monday). Didn't expect any contacts solution nor case as the lense itself was cheap but they included two bottles and a case. Amazing, recommend 10/10.
