This company is a scam! Do not buy sneakers at ApeSociety.

Waited 6+ weeks for my order with little to no communication. After this period, they claimed the product was unavailable and I would get my order refunded. Weeks later, I still have received nothing.
After multiple follow-ups, still nothing. No product, no refund, no communication.

DO NOT BUY HERE!

Oplichters 1e klas ze hebben helemaal geen schoenen. Betaalplan voorgesteld daarna hoor je ze niet meer. Niks bestellen bij deze oplichters!!!

Zeer slechte ervaring met ApeSociety. Schoenen besteld, maar vanwege de maat teruggestuurd voor ruil.
Tot op heden nog steeds geen enkele reactie ontvangen, ondanks meerdere pogingen tot contact. Dit is erg frustrerend en totaal niet klantvriendelijk. Het is ook een beetje gek dat ze helemaal geen klantenservice hebben, en ook geen telefoonnummer. Alleen een e-mailadres! Waarop communicatie echt super bagger is.

Als ruilen niet mogelijk is, wil ik gewoon mijn schoenen terug - Air Jordan x Travis Scott. Op deze manier weet je als klant totaal niet waar je aan toe bent.

Dit is oplichting, je mag betalen, maar je krijgt geen schoenen. Ben nu jaar aan het wachten en ze blijven maar mailen dat het goed komt. Heeeel slim maar je wordt dus gewoon opgelicht ..trap er niet in!!

I would give a zero rating for AA when they refused to assist my daughter and her two children ages 12 and 3 when her car broke down on the dual carriageway of the A30 in Devon , 10 days ago. She had to wait for her husband to rescue them. She was told it was too dangerous for them to attend but did not give her any advise as to what to do. She was terrified particularly as her younger daughter has challenging behaviour. Absolutely disgusting and I have told this story on AA facebook and loads of responses of similar experiences. Don’t have anything to do with the AA and the RAC is the same apparently.

My experience with Ape Society has been absolutely horrible.

I ordered a pair of shoes on November 27th, and the delivery took weeks. I only received my order after sending multiple emails asking where my package was.

In January, Ape Society emailed me asking for a positive review, promising €50 back from my purchase. I agreed, but to this day I have received nothing.

I have sent several emails since then and no one responds. Calling them is pointless as well because no one answers the phone.

Making promises to customers just to get positive reviews and then not keeping those promises is extremely unprofessional and misleading.

Overall, this has been a terrible experience and a very disappointing level of customer service. I will never order from this company again.

Fast shipping and thoughtfull customer service. I had some questions about sneakers and their sizing, questions were answered fast and the sneakers fit perfectly!

In December een paar schoenen besteld van €400+, na een aantal weken gewacht te moeten hebben kreeg in een nep paar binnen.
Ik heb de schoenen terug gestuurd en wacht nu al bijna 1.5 maand op het nieuwe authentieke paar.
4 mails gestuurd maar geen reactie ontvangen, ik hoop dat er zsm contact opgenomen wordt en dat ik mijn schoenen binnen krijg.
Dan zou ik de review kunnen verwijderen

De volledige ervaring, van begin tot eind, is helaas niet naar wens verlopen. De levertijden liepen op tot meerdere weken en uiteindelijk heb ik de schoen in een ander maat ontvangen en de orginele maat nooit gekregen. Daarnaast verliep de communicatie traag, met lange reactietijden op vragen en verzoeken.
