Basting jug arrived in the box sold in, no box or protective covering. This was a gift and the box was badly damaged and the gift recipient received the parcel do the surprise was ruined

I did not expect it gift wrapped just in a bag not just picked off shelf and a label put on it!

Appliance Centre kept us updated by email and were easy to get hold of when we had a query. Freezer was delivered on the correct day, although earlier than expected (before 7am) so it was fortunate that someone was awake.

Everything was fine but the delivery driver was exceptional - cheerful, friendly and incredibly helpful even though it was late and he still had 2 more deliveries to make. He made it a 5 star experience.

The appliance Center answered the phone promptly.
Their return policy could be better, the appliance can only be returned if faulty not if unsuitable ie too big or the customer just does not like it.
The delivery time slot was only given 24 hrs in advance supposedly 4:00pm - 8:00pm and actually arrived at 10:20pm. The driver did get in contact us to say he would be late and was very apologetic but it was still 10:20pm

Easy online ordering process. Great communication regarding delivery process. Incredibly friendly and helpful delivery driver who called approx 25mins before arrival. Wouldn’t hesitate to order from this company again. Haven’t used the product yet, but appears to be excellent quality.

Ambiguity over delivery date meant that I'd taken a day off to received delivery, only to be told that the product would be delivered another day. I have re-read all correspondence received and don't believe it was sufficiently clear that the supplied date was tentative.
Also, despite saying it was a two-person delivery, only one person arrived with the product. It was concerning seeing a heavy, brand new Miele Machine being manhandled to the house... The driver advised that his assistant was sick. The exact same thing happened when I received delivery of a Tumble Dryer from Appliance Centre - I wonder whether this is an exception or not...

The online ordering process was simple and efficient. The delivery was quick and the appliance was delivered to it's final resting place.
Perhaps the only down side was that the delivery driver delivered the machine and left. We had to unpack and check the machine (which was fine) despite the pre delivery information which stated that the delivery 'team' would unpack and check the machine before leaving.

Extremely efficient service. I found this company via the web and was pleased to see a contact telephone number. The phone answered immediately by Mason who explained everything in detail. Very thorough from my first phone call to arranging delivery to suit my date. This company is the best that I have found in many years - personal contact is so important.
