Ordered a AEG cooker from this company, was given an initial delivery date but received phone call to say that there had been a delay not a problem our old cooker was still working so a week delay was no problem. So come the day of delivery and new cooker is perfect however driver says he's not been told to collect old cooker even though I paid for this service and had the e_mail to prove it. Still driver would not take old appliance. So phone up company's so called customer service and told I need to e-mail customer services and she said she would send me a link. Unfortunately the e-mail provided is not valid so e-mails just bounce back. Have now raised a query on there sales site so will see what happens but I certainly wont use these cowboys again. So just got refund for the non collection of my old appliance. Not helpful as I now have to get rid of it myself but at least I got the money back.

I ordered an integrated dishwasher and was informed of the delivery date. I received a phone call late afternoon the day before expecting delivery to say it had not been delivered to themselves and was told it would be a further 2 days before it would be delivered to me. I accept that this can happen but after the 4th time of this happening I was not happy. I had rescheduled appointments, cancelled a weekend break on one of these occasions in order to take delivery. If an item is not in stock then it should be evident on the website. Surely this is a much more honest approach. On the positive side of all of this I was at least contacted and the staff were apologetic and polite. The delivery staff were very helpful and professional. The price of the dishwasher was slightly cheaper than other companies. At the time of placing my order delivery was expected within 2-3 days . Hence my reason for choosing Appliance Shop. This did not happen and resulted in my 3 Star rating. If it hadn't been for the delivery problems I would have given a 5 star rating.

Sales ref 198193. Ordered a washing machine mid October, with delivery due the following week. However a supply chain problem pushed delivery back by a further two weeks. Sales staff picked up on this and offered an alternative, which was delivered within the original time frame. Good service, helpful sales staff, very satisfied customer

Don’t trust their online stock. You might get phonecall next day saying delivery will be delayed because of bad stock levels online. They dare still charge £15 for delivery, and refused to discount the delivery charge even though delay is caused by their lack of availability

Excellent customer service from Appliance Shop Morecambe. They were helpful with all my queries, because after the cooker hood arrived from Rangemaster there was no instruction manual and the installation kit was missing. However, Appliance Shop helped and both matters were quickly resolved.

Visited the store with my elderly mother to purchase a washing machine one in stock and took away in the same visit they even put it in the car for us very good service received from start to end of the purchase thankyou !

Just purchased a 55cm free standing AEG gas cooker that I am extremely pleased with.
Delivery was quick and problem free so what more can you ask for ?

Appliance Shop, Morecambe, is an amazing company to buy from. Everything is explained clearly and simply so even a technology like me can understand!
We recently bought a washer/ dryer and from the sale to our wonderful delivery man, it was such an easy, comfortable experience. The machine is working perfectly!

Ordered an item online, paid £14.99 delivery for the next day. They took the money and then rang to say there was a 4 week wait for the item, so I was offered a similar model in return. I asked on the phone the price, I was told it was the same so no extra charge.
Until I accepted the order and got sent an invoice for £50. Staff we spoke to were very unhelpful and didn’t honour what I was told on the phone. Bad service.
Now I have to wait up to 10 days for a refund. Don’t order from here.

I visited the Appliance Shop Morecambe to look at new tumble dryers. The staff were very helpful and assisted me in choosing my new Blomberg vented tumble dryer. The delivery service is excellent and very prompt. I would not hesitate to shop here again.

I ordered a cooker to suite my needs. It has a timer and with my support able to help reach and use grill on my own. It came fast and delivered. Only small detail I payed for removals of packaging but easy fix the election was here to fit for me to the electric and was all good timing and I got the money back. An d the kind electric man took away. Apart from a very small hiccup I over the moon being a wheelchair user and autisic the oven and me a perfect match.

As soon as we entered we was met with a smiling face, we told her we wanted a new washing machine and she showed us round, she very knowledgeable about the appliances and helped us choose the for our needs, they will give us a 2 hour window for delivery and the driver will be in touch, couldn't ask for a better service 👍
