Bought a beautiful blue summer dress from Apricot. I’m thrilled with the quality and it’s true to the image in the photo.
Very quick delivery.

Unable to place an order an online - orders keep failing and saying that unable to take payment. It happened when I tried by Card and Amazon pay. My account is full of failed orders. Very frustrating since I can almost guarantee that what I want will be out of stock before I can buy. Must be losing quite a few sales if there is an issue with the Web!! The website is terrible, clunky and slow. Such a shame as I love the clothes. Trying to get through to customer service is also really hard!! They take DAYS to respond.

Usual great quality clothing from Apricot, I ordered 2 dresses and sent one back as it didn’t suit me, but the original delivery was quick and efficient and the return was super easy and my refund issued no problem.
I will definitely be using the online service again.

I love the clothes at apricot.

The service was first class and efficient. I had to return my purchase as it didn't suit me, and the method of return was easy to follow and my package was collected by my local postman. I received confirmation my return had been received by Apricot the next day. Excellent and I shall use them again!

I ordered a navy cardigan. It's lovely. Matched the online image. Soft material. Good sizing, lovely fit and fashionable.

My fault, but I forgot to add the discount code I had . I enquired afterwards if it could be subtracted from my what I'd paid but unfortunately it couldn't.

Bought a cotton maxi skirt. The skirt looks good and was good value price-wise. That does mean the cotton is pretty thin and there’s a nylon petticoat which is bit clingy and hot but as I said, for the price , I was perfectly happy with it.

Die Kleider sind traumhaft schön, qualitativ sehr hochwertig und angenehm luftig für den Sommer.
Der Versand wäre schnell gewesen, würde hier in Deutschland nicht Hermes übernehmen, die eine völlige Katastrophe sind. Aber dafür kann Apricot nichts.
Ich würde jederzeit wieder bestellen, eine absolute Empfehlung!

Beautiful green colour.

I love Apricot clothing. I especially love the matching sets, so treated myself to a skirt with a matching top set and a culottes/ shirt matching set. Got a notification to say my order had been despatched, then got a further email to say my refund had been processed, which confused me as I had not been notified that one of the items were out of stock.
The clothes are lovely and fit perfectly. There was a note inside delivery about the refunded item.

Being able to collect my order from the store was more convenient than having to wait to order while I was away from home, I picked it up on the day I returned, perfect fit, love the dress
