Had a good experience. Very helpful when I was not sure of sizing. I ordered the wrong size and they were very helpful in guiding me and helping me with my return. They refunded my return very prompt and I will certainly be using them again

Brilliant customer service - no issues with refund and very good customer service.
Sent an item back and was refunded within 1-2 weeks as per the customer service team had said.

AVOID.
If you need to return items the company will lie and delay giving you a refund.
I ended up contacting my card issuer and recovered the money back that way as Aqua Swim Supplies stated they didn’t receive my return despite me having proof via Royal Mail that they signed for it with the signature “swim”.
They lie, pass the blame to anyone but themselves and are fraudulently refusing refunds to customers.
If you read the other reviews you’ll see that this is a common theme, they have done this to numerous other people.
How they can continually lie about receiving returns is beyond me.
Use a different company as if you use Aqua Swim you certainly won’t see your money again.

Absolute terrible customer service, package not delivered to my address and refused a refund. After at least 10 emails and 2 phone calls I wad told to take this up with my credit card company and the manager hung up on me during the discussion! Disgusting customer service. I will be writing a formal complaint. Was told they have a photo of my front door where it was delivered… still waiting on that so that will be interesting!

I ordered two swim suits (total £149.00) and it's taken me almost a month to get my money back, despite me returning both costumes back to Aqua Swim Supplies 2 days after receiving them.
As previous reviews have mentioned, this company has a very poor track record for returns. (Make sure you send your returns via Special Delivery – regard it as an ‘investment’ to getting your money back.) When the supplier asked me for the details of my order, and what I’d returned (when I’d included all this information in the package with the returned items, and also in my previous email to them) alarm bells started ringing. It has taken me almost a month to receive my refund - thank goodness I had Proof of Delivery! If AquaSwim are reading this I would strongly urge them to review their admin procedures because I, for one, would rather pay more for a swimsuit, via another company, than worry whether I am going to receive my refund or not.

Beware of ordering from this company. I was advised the jammers would arrive within 7-10 working days. On day 9 I hadn't received despatch confirmation so requested refund.
Item was despatched that evening but arrived late and I returned the jammers as I had ordered elsewhere.
I received confirmation from the courier that the return had been delivered. I contacted the company by phone and email to check they had received it. Having initially been advised that the refund would take 1/2 weeks, they have now contacted me, some 3 weeks later, to advise the never received it and to contact evri.
Photo from Evri shows the package left outside the premises. The business premises is a house - there is nowhere safe to leave returns if no one answers the door -no post/letter box.
Please do not use this company. There communication and customer service if something goes wrong is extremely poor.

I ordered 3 pairs of goggles for my daughter, none of which were suitable. It appears they don’t accept refunds on goggles. However this is not specifically stated in their returns policy. Very disappointed.

I have just my costumes from this company for the last 2 years. I always call for advice and they are very helpful. Also have some very good deals and great choice. I would recommend trying aquaswim

Item was paid for but never arrived. After chasing them up, they lied about phoning me. Still don’t have the item or a refund yet. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I made an international order recently and was very impressed with the delivery speed and the product was even better than the image implied. I called to find out the difference between a bath and beach towel and the young lady on the phone was extremely helpful and was able to direct me to the exact product I didn't even know I wanted. 10/10 amazing customer service, would highly recommend AquaSwimSupplies to anybody with a passion for swimming.

Item returned and was confirmed delivered on the phone by member of staff but then rescinded by another staff member. Despite confirmation of delivery date concurs with Royal Mail. In spite of providing proof of posting and confirmation from Royal Mail that is was delivered, they are refusing to refund. It appears this company will try everything not to refund.

The shipping to EU was 15€ and it was unclear if this included custom fees,
Website doesn’t specify or say anything on the matter. Cost of customs an additional 30€ , so far an item 30€ you pay an additional 45€ .
Brain dead company when thinking about user experience.
I refused the customs fees and resent to sender, and they still have yet to refund me.

I would strongly recommend you do not order from this company. I ordered 2 x nike t-shirts from them which did not fit, I returned them to their postal address via Royal Mail which they claim to have never received despite having a receipt showing the items were sent. They have refused to refund me so I’m £70 out of pocket - poor customer service - avoid!

I was a bit worried about ordering due to mixed reviews but everything was great. Fast delivery and all 3 Funkita swim hats were in stock and sent in great condition. Would definitely use again.

I found the price point to be one of the best around and on top of this I have experiend excellent customer service. I will be using this company again & I can recommend others to us them also.

Amazing customer service. I have recently got into open water swimming since the pandemic and decided to get my own wetsuit. I had no idea about sizing or type etc. and so I called up. Staff were very friendly and had lots of knowledge and information on their products. Managed to get the perfect wetsuit for me! Would definitely recommend :)
