Absolutely AMAZING quality bespoke sofas!!
We love our sofas and everyone who has visited over the festive period has fallen in love with them too… all we hear is wow I love your sofas..these are soo comfy.. they look amazing! We couldn’t be any happier with them, even our teenagers have ditched their bedrooms for family film nights on them ☺️

Chris’s customer Service, passion and dedication to this business shows from the first phone call! Nothing was too much trouble and always at the end of the phone or text to help with any questions and decisions.

I would highly recommend Arabella designs and give them 10 stars if I could. These are definitely the best sofas we have ever had and would buy again from Chris and Arabella Designs!

Chris is an absolute please to deal with from start to finish. The products are such good quality, genuinely couldn't be happier with them. So comfortable, solid and amazing materials. I've actually now ordered another 2 coffee tables and a fitted sofa for the kitchen. Couldn't recommend Chris and Arabella anymore.. well done guys, you have a great business 👏

Chris has been so fantastic to deal with from start to finish, nothing seemed too much and Arabella were very accommodating when we needed to have extra time to finish our house before the delivery.
Communication was excellent and the sofa is gorgeous.
The delivery company (separate from Arabella), decided to leave our sofa out on the road for us to get into the house ourselves, which was pretty awful, but Chris said it was absolutely unacceptable and refunded us some of the money for our troubles and he assured us they would no longer be using them going forward.

When making a significant investment on furniture you want the supplier on the other end to genuinely care about you as a customer and Chris the owner definitely did this. Fabulous sofas, with great service!
From the first call with Chris everything was so easy and hassle free, great range of sofas and fabrics, and ordering and delivery was very efficient, would highly recommend Arrabella Designs.

We were completing a renovation on our house and looking for a couple of new sofa’s one large corner and a sofa with chaise . I looked absolutely everywhere and couldn’t get the quality I wanted . I saw Arabella on instagram and was drawn to it , was apprehensive as it wasn’t a well known shop. I contacted Chris and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He invited me to his workshop where I could see the quality of workmanship, materials and cushion quality. Chris is knowledgable and experienced in the business and after reading other reviews we decided to purchase. Our sofas arrived today and we are absolutely thrilled, they look amazing and the velvet is so soft to touch . We have spent a lot of money on our renovation so we wanted quality and comfort. We have both . We were given a gorgeous present as well which was a very special touch. We wish you every success in your business thank you k and J x

I was referred to this company by a friend and wasn't disappointed with the personalised service. I was able to explain to Chris exactly what I did and didn't like with a sofa in terms of look, material and comfort and also choose the sizes that fit my room as they can be made to size bespoke. We had an issue with the fixings as one of the sofas is modular and thankfully it was changed and resolved at no extra cost and is now satisfactory. Also I've had the sofa a few months now and got a huge pen stain on it, I was able to contact them for advice and got a call back within minutes with what product to use and full instructions, and it was removed easily following exactly what I was told so I'm really pleased, you wouldn't get this service with larger companies. Overall really pleased

Having been looking for a new sofa for a while stumbled across Arabella Designs, and definitely glad we did. From initially ordering fabric swatches to deciding on what sofa to go for Chris was amazing! Having opted for the Paisley U shape corner sofa we couldn’t be happier with our new sofa. All credit to Chris for his exceptional customer service throughout and attention to detail; the gift box was delightful and a superb touch; and would not hesitate in recommending Arabella Designs.

Chris was great- he responded promptly and answered any questions, he was very helpful. The sofa is beautiful, such a reasonable price for the quality of the sofa.

From ordering samples to delivering and assembling the sofas everything was 10/10 and hassle free. Chris is super friendly and goes above and beyond to offer the best service possible. He invited us down to the showroom, which isnt even open yet, to make sure we were 100% confident with the sofa/style/colour etc. I would recommend to anyone as he is now helping me with another small sofa project. Very helpful and reliable company 🙂

Excellent service

I came across Arabella Designs on Insta. I ordered samples and Chris from day 1 was extremely helpful. Nothing is too much. I had spent many hours researching for my new sofas so had learnt a bit. However, Chris’ technical knowledge surpassed any of the sales reps I had met on my journey. I was nervous spending so much money on sofas I couldn’t sit on or feel, but his patience and understanding was unbelievable- he even invited me to the workshop.

As for my sofas… they arrived today. They are stunning. Beautifully designed, fabulous feel and quality. Absolutely stunning.

Ordered samples , for my daughter, came quickly and look like a decent quality .
