Since Joining with Arc mobile for my company business phones and accessories in 2017 i have been more than satisfied with the service i have received from them ... whether it's supply of equipment for purpose or queries with networks a or best possible rates .. top job !!
I can highly recommend Arc to anybody looking for an attentive company with good morals.

We transferred to Arc mobiles from our previous supplier last winter and have had an excellent experience. The transfer went without a hitch, and any new handsets we had requested arrived on-time and as specified. If we have had a query, it has been well handled and calls promptly answered. And course the prices are absolutely the best to be had. Moving to Arc Mobiles is the best thing we could have done

I have all my mobile needs through Arc. I started about 3 and a half years ago. The service is first class. Whenever there is an issue (very rare) it is sorted immediately by a "real person". I am not put on hold forever or have to go through a laborious automated system. On top of this the prices I pay are the cheapest in the market. I now have 5 contracts, including my kids and ipad etc.
I have recommended Arc to other business and personal friends, who are all delighted with the service.

Arc offered us a few networks and packages to suit our needs, and we ended up choosing EE. The service from Arc is excellent. Although we can still call EE everyone in our office much prefers to call our account manager at Arc. The service is friendlier and more efficient and much better than having to call the networks directly, partly due to the continuity of service from a smaller CS team. Thanks for the continued support.

I’ve been using ARC for around 10 years now and never have any issues which is why I’ve stuck with them. Great customer service from well trained and polite staff. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Steer clear, lured in by the promise of an upgrade every 18 months. Now it's time to upgrade it's become clear we've been suckered. Comparing the deal from Arc against EE directly we are over £5,000 worse off over the contract term for our 3 handsets. Do yourself a favour and don't fall for it.

I would like to thank Lee Kinsella for his help and advice sorting me out with a new mobile that holds a dual sim. He listened carefully to my explanation of how I use my mobile and what I wanted from it, delivering on all counts. I had a choice of specification demonstrating best value and no pressure with what I should finally choose. Lee assisted me on every step from moving my provider contract over to ensuring delivery and setting the phone up.
I am confident to highly recommend Lee if you are looking for a new mobile and don’t really know where to start, what model or simply want the best deal on the market.
