ordered a wall-mounted arcade machine from Arcade Geeks on 22 July 2026. The website stated a delivery time of 2–3 weeks, so I expected it to arrive well within that timeframe.

Since placing the order, I have been given multiple delivery promises, all of which have been missed.

I was told it would be made on 10 August and delivered that week. It didn’t arrive. I was then promised delivery on 24 August. Again, nothing.

After chasing them repeatedly, I eventually spoke to Joe, who apologised and promised that the machine would definitely be delivered on Friday 4 September at around 6pm. He also agreed to upgrade the joysticks and buttons as a goodwill gesture.

Friday came and, once again, the machine wasn’t delivered.

Someone eventually called to say the driver had broken down, which I can understand can happen. However, given the history of missed delivery dates, I contacted Joe again and said that if they couldn’t deliver by 3pm on Saturday, I would come and collect the machine myself.

I have still received no reply.

The biggest problem isn’t simply the delay — it’s the constant broken promises and extremely poor communication. I’ve had to repeatedly chase for updates, and even when specific delivery dates and times have been agreed, they haven’t happened.

I have been incredibly patient throughout this process, but this has been a very frustrating experience. A business can have genuine problems with manufacturing or delivery, but customers should be kept informed and given honest, reliable information.

At this point, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Arcade Geeks. I sincerely hope they resolve this, because the actual product may be excellent, but the service and communication I’ve experienced have been extremely poor. I’ve contacted my bank to start a refund just in case I never receive.

3 items i recived the acrade bartop the screen was broken,
he sends me another screen out i also recieve brown,
then they lost the stand in transit which is still in delay

i then go to my bank and try get a refund the guy them gets back to the case saying i recieved it,

then i called him to send the items back, he accepted the monitor back and refused the arcade machine,

the box was a bit ripped but it taped it up110% fine

this is guy is clearly not making any money nd up to something regarding claims etc because it gets me i recieve 3 items 2 were broken and 1 lost,

and then he accepted the monitor back but not the arcade machine, i had to pay postage back to him aswell for him to refuse it,

the guy will also be betting bad reviews on his site with everything explained.

id stay away from this seller at all costs i have 100% feedback on ebay for a reason, this guy clearly doesnt have 100% for reasons,

like i say i had to pay post back on broken items and he then refused delievy the box was a ripped i taped it up fine 100% its s standerd box the guy uses theres nothing at all on it,

the seller is a complete idiot and obviosuly makes no money its clear somethings not right and he does false claims or something to make that extra cash,

because from my expeierence its been a joke and something doesnt add up, and his feedback.

the guy doesnt answer his emails and barely answers his phone number, soemethings not right about this seller full stop.

Totally smooth service, ease of delivery and great valve for money. Now the excitement of unboxing the machine, easy to put together i bought the full size arcade machine and now I'm transported back to my childhood every time I turn it. Simply put i love as much today as the first time I turned it on and now its my son's turn to enjoy the arcade games of my youth. Thank you.

Total unreliable/unprofessional outfit. placed my order on 14th July and was given a 2-3 week delivery time which after 30+ unanswered calls and emails I was then told it would be 3-4 weeks.
it is now 6 weeks and still waiting!
absolute shambles of a company.

Order placed June 30th. I eventually got a pickup on the phone after countless attempts and spoke to Joe during the week the machine should have been ready for delivery. Joe told me that they were testing the week of the original delivery date, so we agreed to deliver the week after due to more extended testing on the machine. I was given the delivery date during that call. I did not receive a delivery confirmation as promised; no email or call back regarding the situation. Emailed many times since and left voicemails ----- got nothing back from the company.

Emailed many times and left voicemails ----- got nothing.So I am updating this review to 3 stars ... I spoke to Dean on Tuesday 11th Aug . They have had issues with the internet and phone, etc and were rectifying the problem. Dean told me the machine was complete have been promised my item will be delivered on 12th Aug via DPD. I will amend my review once the item is in my possession. I purchased via Klarna based on customer protection and was not certain what was going on. Since speaking to Dean on the 11th Aug, I'm waiting for delivery on the 12th and will inform Klarna to make the final payment and will update this review.

I saved for months after checking out website, and changed my mind several times as there is so much customisation for the machines, all the designs are great and optional upgrades, I had a 2 player Aliens themed machine, it looks amazing I’m so pleased with it, the guys at AG are very helpful, I upgraded to a 22”screen and 15000 games pack. Great service, and I’m thrilled with my machine

A review of two halves really. The good: the machine itself. The build quality is superb and the games are incredibly nostalgic. Have been battling my son for top scores since we got it. Also when you can get hold of the team they’re very helpful. The bad: no communication after purchasing. Had to chase to get a delivery date that was a week after initially advised. When it came DPD had lost the stand part of the machine. Luckily they delivered the best bit. Trying to get the stand sorted was a nightmare. DPD say to use the seller, but getting hold Arcade Geeks is an absolute nightmare. They do answer eventually, maybe 1 in 20 calls. Was advised it was coming a week later. It didn’t. Then had to sort again. Which was a nightmare again. The stand came today (after ordering on the 2nd June), but is missing the metal footplate and looks to have been damaged in transit as there’s damage to the side panel. Simply can’t be bothered to try and sort that. A real shame because the machine is so good. The guys clearly know their craft, but the comms side is a disaster and makes it a stressful experience.

Family run company. Great machine - Elite 2 Player Star Wars with Suzo buttons and joysticks, also 2xlight guns.
Very well built and easy to use menu for games.
Delivery wasn't the best as in time wise but when Dean did arrive with the machine he was really helpful and knowledgeable. Great lad who took time to make sure all was ok before leaving.
The machine comes in two parts with the base and then the top which contains all of the hardware. Makes it so much easier to move around etc.
Contacted Rod about setting up the light guns and was sent the video with instructions. Can't remember if Rod called me or I called him but either way we spoke and sorted out how to set the guns up.
Been over 6 months now and everything still absolutely fine.

Very happy with the machine, high quality build and superb amount of games.
Only down scored to 4 due to some concerns on communication (lack of), however I was later informed this was due to internet issues at the main office.
Machine did arrive on schedule and set-up was very good with technical support from Joe.

I have a Bartop machine that arrived a week ago. Delivery took 3 weeks from order, exactly what I was told when I called before ordering.
The machine is excellent and is bringing back so many happy memories from my teenage years (I’m 61). Thank you guys!

These guys are tremendous, they really care about their customers and their products. There were one or two little issues when the machine was delivered and they did everything to put those right. I then had another issue a few months later. Joe spent forever with me on the phone on a Friday evening and was unbelievably patient. When we couldn't fix on the phone he came out in person 2 days later (on a Sunday and a 5 hour round trip!!). That really is going above and beyond. The machine itself is unreal, beware, it's highly addictive! I can't recommend the product or the people highly enough, a genuine 5 stars without hesitation. A special thank you goes out to Joe who was brilliant in every way.

I ordered a Tekken Bartop Arcade machine for my partner as a gift for our 10 year anniversary. There was a couple weeks delay so this didn’t arrive in time to present as a gift. However this was down to a weeks long IT outage that halted their operation. They did reach out once they were back online to let me know that they will be shipping my item and it arrived a week later. It works great and my partner loves it. He’s planning on sorting out his Games room so this would be a nice addition. The downside is there was noticeable small damages on the machine, chipboard pulled off, scratches, marks, almost as if has been roughed up a bit during the build or delivery process. I would have also expected the actual packaging to be more secure, or a protective layer on the machine. It’s a good micro company, but improvements need to be made with communication, IT, and delivery.

Communication very difficult waited for a delivery 4 times before it finally arrived. Was set up by them but at super speed so can’t recall what’s what. No instructions sent as promised. There was disappointingly some faults loos front panel, when playing joysticks not functioning properly. Joe was great setting it up but there shouldn’t be any faults should not have been delivered if not functioning correctly. Since delivered cannot reach arcade geeks sent messages and email had nothing back no one answering phone in office.

Thanks Rod for sorting out a on going issue and re-delivering of my sons Machine at no cost to myself

Very pleased with my experience with Arcade Geeks. Machine was built to a high quality standard. Communication with Arcade Geeks has been top tier. Delivery was prompt and I've been enjoying my new purchase in the man cave. A huge variety of games bringing me back to my childhood.

Will definitely recommend.
