STINKIEST PERFUME EVER
I’m writing here because ARgENTUM censors negative reviews on their site. I wasted $80 on their discovery set. I’m incredibly disappointed! I don’t know how they stay in business with stinky, fakey, incense smelling, cheap 90s emulating perfumes. For $80 who gives a rat’s arse about pretty packaging when they are all cringe?! No returns since it costs a fortune to ship internationally. Also they add silver to their apothecary. **There is no biological function for silver in our body. This is a fact. Everything we apply on our skin travels into the body. Silver kills the gut microbiome. This is not debatable, this is a fact. Whatever they claim has been studied in their lab is a lie regarding silver on the skin.

However, in skincare, it has been widely recognised for its exceptional antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties. That’s why we incorporated it into our formulations, which have undergone independent third-party microbiome testing. These tests have shown that our products help to protect and promote a healthy skin microbiome and never disrupt.
Silver has long been used in the medical field, from wound dressings to topical applications, where its benefits in supporting skin healing are well documented.
We are saddened to hear about your feelings towards our fragrances. Scent is a deeply personal experience, and we understand that preferences can vary. I originally placed my order before a 20% promotion was applied, and they proactively refunded me the difference—such a thoughtful gesture! My order arrived quickly, and I couldn’t be happier with the products. I purchased their face soap, serum, and body lotion, and the quality is incredible. Lovely products beautifully packaged, Great communications and prompt delivery.
The products themselves are high quality and keep my sensitive outbreaks under control
My only disappointment was I made a purchase as Mother’s Day offer which was applied to two gift sets, the following weekend there was a flash offer on all items and I would’ve chosen something else as it was a gift. But not a huge issue.
UPDATE
Argentum customer services responded immediately to this review and resolved the issue I’d raised. This speaks volumes about the high standards of the Customer Services and the Company .Excellent.

I would like to reassure you as to why it has a higher value and that's because we use some of the world’s finest ingredients, including DNA HP (hyper polymerised deoxyribonucleic acid), a powerful anti-aging active, as well as Silver Hydrosol. These are also some of the most expense ingredients you'll find in a cleansing bar.
Our full-size silver cleansing bar is currently out of stock, which is why you are only able to purchase our 20g travel-size. While we understand the quantity may seem less, please know that the quality of this product is unaffected and lasts a while when stored correctly.
We have done our utmost to ensure that when you're shopping online it's clear that you're purchasing the smaller size (20g). However, your feedback is extremely valued and we're working on improving this to ensure there are no issues for anyone else who may experience this.

The worst and most unpleasant shopping experience ever. Received the parcel almost one month after, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of the item in the package has been rudely opened, even a perfume sample!!!

I was disappointed when I received what was more like a box of samples than anything else For the amount I spent I did get beautifully packed small samples and difficult to open fragrances which when I could open them contained literally a squirt of lotion rather then a fragrance I had high hopes Great packaging great advertising poor actual products They are sitting in my cabinet

Regarding your fragrance kit, these are alcohol-free, microbiome friendly fragrances made of oil and water which means they have a milky emulsion when used on the skin. We do not sell eau de parfum in the typical format, so this is why they appear lotion-like. But I can assure you, they can be used on both skin and hair like any other eau de parfum and are long-lasting.
