I unfortunately presumed that the policy I had taken out was for £2500 worth of cover for each year - I made a claim in 2024 due to nail damage. InClaimed again in 2025 to find my pet was not covered as only covered for 12 months per condition.

The policy needs to be more precise as I cannot be the only person who had this policy. Hence I cancelled the policy.

The easiest insurance claim, so easy to fill out a simple form, payment within a week. I am very impressed and will absolutely renew my policy.

We had to make a claim, after 20 years of having dogs and never making a claim I was concerned how it would go. It is an extremely easy process. You log the claim, then we got an outcome within 1 week and the money paid into our account a few days later. I was very impressed with this.

Great and simple to use good you can have multi dog discount just wish it was so expensive for older dogs as can’t add my older dog who is 11 as it’s just so expansive

I only had to supply my pet insurance details to the vet and they did the rest. Argos sent me emails to keep me up to date and within a couple of days the claim had been agreed.
I haven't had pet insurance before but it was far more simple than I imagined.
Now just need to see if the premiums shoot up now I have made a claim..?

Argos pet insurance was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad I chose to go with them. I made my first claim recently for a specialist assessment my cat had as she may have a tumour growing in her eye. The claim process was handled by the vets on my behalf which helped, and it was swift and uncomplicated. Argos kept me up to date throughout, notifying me when they were requesting information from various vets my cat has seen in the past, the status of my claim, and then finally when the claim had been accepted. I'm very grateful for the way it was handled and once the claim had been accepted payment to me was made very quickly. When things are stressful with pets getting ill, you want to know you have support, and certainly with this claim I have felt looked after. Thank you Argos pet insurance :)

Hassle free claims process.. first time ( hopefully the last time ) I have had to use them but thankfully my pets vetinary staff helped me too. I have been with Argos Pet Insurance for a long time so recommend them

I switched to Argos pet insurance when my previous insurer was beyond frustrating and unhelpful. I already had another policy for another dog with Argos and decided to opt for Argos' higher monthly payments for my other dog after the frustrating experience with another company.
