Nema reda u rasporedu sjedenja unatoč tome što se karte prodaju uz obaveznu rezervaciju. Dakle kupiš kartu za mjesto u busu i onda ga još moraš rezervirati( valjda da neko ne odnese sjedalo sa sobom)... Ver mais

The bus didn't show up, we had to catch a taxi and we were refused a refund

W biurze stacjonarnym w Crikvenicy chciałem sie upewnić że mam dobre bilety i wtedy okazało się że jest problem. Nie chciano mi oddac pieniędzy. Musiałem kupic bilety ponownie na inny autobus, a w aplikacji Omnio zakupione bilety udało mi się anulowac, ale oddali tylko 70%.
Nikt nie chciał przyznać się do błędu. Straciłem 30% nie z mojej winy.
A trip 120 Km tog 3h and 40 min and it costs 29 eur plus a have to pay for the bagage.
Bus došao 1,5h kasnije.
Vozači ne pričaju hrvatski.
I još dodatna naplata za kofer.
Nikad vise neću ic sa Arriva.

Wir wollten mit dem Bus von Krk nach Malinska fahren – eine Strecke von nur etwa 20 Minuten. Als der Bus kam, hat der Fahrer uns einfach nicht mitgenommen, weil er nicht so viele Tickets ausdrucken wollte. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit fünf Kindern und konnten die Tickets nicht vorab online kaufen, da das nur mit Kreditkarte möglich war – und wir keine besitzen. Der Ticketshop war geschlossen.
Auf Nachfrage, ob er uns wirklich mit fünf Kindern stehen lässt, kam vom Fahrer nur ein genervtes: „Ja eben, so viele Tickets!“
Einfach unfassbar.
So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Für ein Urlaubsland wie Kroatien, das auf Familien und Tourismus angewiesen ist, ist dieses Verhalten wirklich eine Schande.
Wir werden nie wieder mit Arriva Croatia fahren und können nur dringend davon abraten – besonders Familien!
They sell more tickets than there are seats! I ended up sitting on the floor, and many people were standing. They claim to have comfortable seating, but in reality, the bus was overcrowded and not everyone had a place to sit. That might be bearable for a short trip, but this wasn’t a short trip!
P.S. And yes, the bus arrived 15 minutes late and delivered me to my destination 50 minutes behind schedule.
Exactly what you can expect from a bus-trip that costs 20€.
Bus-driver was there at least 5 minutes before departure and drove on time.
Driver was nice and spoke English to a degree where you can communicate.
There was seats for all and air-conditioning.
I have no complaints, and would absolutely do it again.
Arriva bus na relaciji Vodice - Split sa polaskom iz Vodica u 8:13 te predviđenim dolaskom u Split u 10:05 je uspio zakasniti tj još uvijek kasni minimum sat vremena.
Oduševljeni smo činjenicom da autobus prolazi nekih 30km u sat vremena te da je HŽ uspio biti brži od nekog što je praktički nemoguća misija.
Morao sam dobro dobro protrljati oči da vidim jel se vozimo po tračnicama ili smo na cesti.
Tri sata vožnje za 90km udaljenosti ni Monthy Python ne izmisli

Linija Zagreb-Split je kasnila sat vremena, u busu su obavješteni o tome već nekoliko dana, ali na njihovoj stranici pri kupnji karte apsolutno ništa u vezi toga nije navedeno. Propustila sam trajekt zbog njihovog nemara te se odriču bilo kakve odgovornosti za kašnjenje. Ne preporučam, neću više nikad koristiti niti znam kako i dalje posluju na takav neadekvatan način. Traljavo i neprihvatljivo.
Having researched this bus company I was hesitant in booking my desired return trip from Dubrovnik to Mostar as the reviews here were all so negative, so with no other option available to me I booked a return bus journey for myself, my adult son and adult daughter. The booking process online was easy to navigate and we had our bus tickets printed out as requested on arrival in Dubrovnik bus station. The bus arrived as advised fifteen minutes early and was easy to recognise. The driver was courteous and left bang on time. The boarder crossing from Croatia into Bosnia and Herzegovina was a little long due to other busses arriving before us. Wd had a welcome coffee break of fifteen minutes duration just after our boarder crossing. We arrived on time in Mostar and were delighted with our journey. We returned the following day to Dubrovnik with no issues. Bus on time again at the bus station and a very pleasant journey back with another coffee break on route.
This was a very pleasant experience and I feel that I have to write this review as I nearly missed out on one of the highlights of our holiday in Dubrovnik due to negative reviews of this bus company.
The only negative was a delay caused by a passenger who was arguing with the bus driver as he wanted to carry his huge rucksack on board and was refusing to put it in the boot of the bus. This was disgraceful on behalf of the passenger as the driver has rules to obey from the company he is employed by. All large suitcases had no place on the bus and arriva have a luggage policy which must be adhered to.
Please use this bus service as it's the only alternative in Croatia and if you have a good experience leave a positive review.
I used the bus on my first visit to Croatia in May 2024,it was terrible. I booked in advance before leaving Kenya and thought that was all On arrival for boarding;
1. The driver was segregative. All the whites were given priority only for I and my colleague (both black) to be served last even though we arrived earlier than all
2. We were made to pay an extra charge for the luggage. How I wish this is made clear during booking so that clients make informed decision.
3. The driver was very unfriendly, poor customer care skills.

S*ittiest experience ever. They left me in the middle of nowhere where they stopped for a break and took my luggage with them, which was very clear to see in the seat. They didn’t even return to pick me up, but made me wait till the same bus comes back after it reaches the distinction. I really hope this doesn’t mean I have to go back to all the way to the departure location and do all the trip to the destination again. M waiting for a hour now. They don’t speak English. Extremely extremely extremely terrible!!!!!!
After a long-delayed flight, I arrived at the bus terminal(Zagreb Central Station) at 01.12 am, a few minutes before departure. I had no cash, and the desk office was closed. The driver was rude; at first, he hesitated to open the front door, and then he complained about my lateness. For some unknown reason, the company does not accept debit cards as payment, so in the early morning, when the desk office was already closed, I had to buy the ticket on the bus with cash. I travel a lot on a weekly basis worldwide and in the EU, and I never have to carry cash with me. A friend who picked me up at the airport luckily had cash, so we sorted it out. Then, I asked for a receipt, as I always do, and the driver was rude again, complaining about why I was asking for it. He probably would have given it to me anyway to be fair, but since I had taken a few taxis, and a bus, it was just a formal thing to ask for, and I expected a polite response. My point is that there is something systematically wrong with this company.
Bus late, no bathroom, driver rude, doesn't care. Never again.
2 different drivers, both rude, made us pay luggage fees even though luggage was included in the ticket. Did not speak English and only took it in cash to pocket it... Reserved a seat however none were available so we had to sit on the floor. Both times also 10 minutes late
The driver was horribly unpleasant. I didn't believe it when i reas the reviews but yes they really are rhay bad. Doesn't matter if you're a tourist or Croatian. I was going Zagreb to Opatija. The sign said a different city so I asked him if it goes to the city I need to go to. He barely answered me wouldn't look at me when speaking. I got on the bus and still didn't know if I was on the right bus because when directly asked he ignored my question. Like something is seriously wrong if he cannot handle basic communication in his native language.
Then he stopped at a stop half way into the trip where the station was closed so no bathroom and he was so rude when we were asking if there is a bathroom there. He huffed and puffed and walked away. It was very frustrating they don't stop at rest stops somewhere where we can use the bathroom. Another 40 minutes to the next place, if they even have a bathroom. Horrible so many people needed to use the washroom. Would they rather people have an accident on their seats? I'm very upset by this. What an unpleasant journey. Would not recommend.
To add he refused to say how long we would stop at current stop and I don't trust he wouldn't leave us so I tried to get back on the bus he was blocking the door so I asked if it was OK and then he closed the door almost on me and yelled at me to hurry up and get on. This guy is unhinged
Po prostu jedź Flixbusem. Wystawiłabym ujemne gwiazdki, gdyby to było możliwe. Spóźnienie 55 minut, zero przepraszam, zero wyjaśnień, bagaż dodatkowo płatny (każda walizka 1.3 EUR), scam w czystej postaci, najgorsza firma przewozowa z jaką miałam do czynienia. Nie polecam, omijać szerokim łukiem.
Moja ocena Arrivy - minus 5 gwiazdek. Bus spóźniony o prawie 50 minut, staliśmy w słońcu w upale zanim Łaskawca przyjechał. Dodatkowo pobrał opłatę za bagaż mimo, że już było to opłacone w bilecie zakupionym online. Unikać i nie jeździć tą linia jeśli chcecie mieć dobre wakacje.
