It took longer than expected, lack of communication.
It took longer than expected. The communication was not ongoing as promised. We had to call to get any info. Would have helped if someone sent us an email, text or call to keep us up when our stair lift would arrive. Was bazaar to give a company $10,000 and not hear from them. We were starting to be concerned about the validity of your company. Salesman said it had been shipped, but when I called, we were told it had not been shipped. Narrowed our stairway more than the salesman told us it would. The people who installed were knowledgeable and so far, seems like they did a good job. One part was broken and the installer said it will be replaced, but have not heard anything as to when yet

The representative, who came to our house, Nelson Morales, was very courteous and knowledgeable about your stair lift models, functions and operation. He answered all of our questions. I need to mention that there was no pressure and no pricing gimmicks like “if you sign today….”
The installation took place as scheduled by a very pleasant gentlemen and we are very pleased with our purchase.
Finally, the one important factor that influenced our decision to go with Arrow Lift is the fact that they actual have a physical location in Columbus, rather than the internet and perhaps a location out of state!
We highly recommend Arrow Lift!!!

A Great Company Doing a Great Job
Peggy, our Arrow Lift rep, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Mike was very considerate of our needs when scheduling the installation, and the installers were very meticulous making sure our stairlift was installed correctly. They even took the time to show us how it worked and how to run it correctly. Mike followed up and even arranged to have the city inspector come out! Great company did a great job. I'd highly recommend them to others!

Not a very good experience Started out very good. Then 3 times to our home to get correct measurements and not much for communication and follow up.

Prompt scheduling, then the greatest installer. Our installer, DelMario Watts was pleasant, courteous, and hard-working. It was a pleasure having him.
Our sales rep, David, did a great job of getting the ball rolling.

Living Again!!!
Ethan & Isaiah were amazing! They worked the whole time they were here at my home. When they were done installing my stair lift chair, they explained everything to me and I fully understood it all. I had only a few questions, but they answered them all and then a few more. They didn't make me feel stupid at all. I really Love my lift and Greatly Appreciate them both and your company. I've been "living" in our living room and sleeping in my recliner for over a year and a half, because I cannot walk up our stairs anymore due to my health. Now, I can "live" again!!!!! System operates at a great speed, but..
System operates at a good speed and it's easy to navigate, but the ride up and down is a bit bumpy as if the rail is not connected smoothly (especially as the chair approaches the top of the floor). We had a great tech install the unit and he explained everything in detail, so maybe I'm missing something, but it rides like there is some small obstruction or bump along the top portion of the rail unit. Still I'm happy with the purchase and the entire sales experience was terrific due to a great sales rep who was very detailed.

Best Alternative for Conquering Stairs
My Wife and I decided it was time for a stairlift down to our basement. We gave Arrow Lift a call and within one day a representative came out and explained everything in great detail. We were then set up for our install within a week. The install was done beautifully and we are now very happy to have easy access to our basement❤️

Some good, some not so good
The salesman, Gary Nelson, had an easy manner to set us at ease about this big purchase. His comments made us feel that it was the right decision.
However, on the day of installation, the installer was late, with no notice. A call would have been nice so we wouldn't have been sitting here waiting for hours. The time was supposed to be 9:30. At 10:15 I called the company. They were to check in with dispatch and get back to me in 5 min. Nope. over 30 min. later there was a VM to say the installer was almost here, about the time he pulled in. Not cool. I asked if he got lost. His response "no, just some issues getting going this morning."
